I originally was looking at a 3861 Moonwatch in Hesalite at a retailer closer to me, but I decided to give the Boutique a call and after a 5 min conversation with Jike Zhou I knew that the only place I would give my money and time to would be the Omega Boutique at the Fairmont. The experience was by far one of the best I have had purchasing a luxury item like a watch. My wife and I entered the store and were immediately greeted by Jike and he not only remembered my name but made us feel welcome. Jorge was the other gentleman that was on the floor and he too took the time to greet us, made us feel at home and brought out sparkling water and later nice 12 year old McAllan. The store was somewhat busy with other customers so Jorge took the time to talk to us about the history of the moonwatch. He brought an Omega book and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. We shared some laughs and soon I was enthralled to be there even more. Jorge and Jike were truly class people and cemented this experience in me for future purchases at this Boutique. They both spent time with me, shared their wisdom and let me be as particular as I am without question or hesitation. I walked out smiling and wearing my all time favourite piece on my wrist, it was not just a memory it was an experience I will cherish. It also made a fond, memorable purchase for this particular watch and I loved the whole process.

What a great experience! Went there to purchase my retirement gift and from the moment I stepped in I was greeted by such wonderful people who went above and beyond to make the experience special. The sales associate Jike was absolutely knowledgeable on their products and an all round great person. Can't recommend this them enough and I look forward to my next Omega purchase. I’ve been a client here for years and never in my watch collecting history have ever been treated so well. The staff here is absolutely incredible. Everyone from the security to the manager Calvin and his crew along with Eza create such an incredible environment to come into and very welcoming.

Shop itself is fine, nothing crazy just like any other Omega store I’ve been too. However one cool thing I saw was that they had a James Bond display with a 007 logo and a sign that said “Commander Bond” and “Goldeneye.” I thought this was really cool as a huge James Bond fan so I wanted to take a photo of it. I was very quiet and was just snapping a couple of photos however one of the employees a gentleman with black hair started speaking to me in a very harsh tone and asked me to stop taking pictures as it’s against the store’s policy. I do not take a problem with the store’s policy as I understand that however it was the way he approached me about it. As there was no reason to escalate it to that level.

I find it challenging to articulate just how pleased I was with the service at the Omega boutique located in the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Vancouver. The staff were exceptional, treating me like a celebrity, and their knowledge of Omega products was impressive, assisting me with any inquiries. I must extend a special thank you to Jorge for his outstanding care; he's a genuinely kind-hearted individual. I felt compelled to fly from Toronto just to meet him and collect my watch in person, and it was unquestionably worth the journey. The beauty of this season and a stroll in Stanley Park is truly soul-soothing.
I've learned my lesson; from now on, the Vancouver Omega Boutique will be my exclusive source for watch purchases. Perhaps I'll even make another trip to spend time with my new friend.

I would recommend you deal with Jike. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgable. I was not on a waiting list for very long and got the watch I wanted. It was my first time getting a watch shipped like that and no issues.

had a great experience with both Eza and Calvin. I made an order for a strap and they sent it to me with overnight shipping. Strap came with a beautiful travel case as well as few other goodies that i did not expect. They def exceeded my expectation.
