I would recommend you deal with Jike. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgable. I was not on a waiting list for very long and got the watch I wanted. It was my first time getting a watch shipped like that and no issues.

had a great experience with both Eza and Calvin. I made an order for a strap and they sent it to me with overnight shipping. Strap came with a beautiful travel case as well as few other goodies that i did not expect. They def exceeded my expectation.

I've waited awhile to post a review since I wanted to really test the waters with a return visit before I put up something. This was my second time back into this store and both times my experience has been amazing. Keep in mind this was a gap of close to 5 years in between visits. So I honestly believe Calvin and his team continually serves customers with distinction, upholding high standards. Both times my visits were to have my omega watch looked at for minor things like a broken/loose clasp due to wear and tear from springs this time and to check whether the timing is off last time etc. I honestly feel that any questions in regards to Omega watches, Calvin is and will be my continual goto person. I personally look forward to returning should my watch need servicing and or more importantly any future Omega purchases.

Visited their new location within Hotel Vancouver for an adjustment on the bracelet of my watch. Store was clean and the staff (especially Calvin) was super helpful. We struck up a conversation about watches and travel while he worked on my watch (with the upmost care). I highly recommend this location to those who are looking for an Omega, as well as those who are looking for servicing.

I have never in my life experienced such service at any level of retail or business before. What Calvin at the Omega Boutique did for me was beyond anything I would expect from such a retailer. Omega has made me a customer for life just from this experience alone. I've been collecting watches for over 20 years and to acquire my grail Speedmaster will be nothing I'll ever forget.
