Came in with my girlfriend following a tow from BCAA for two blown tires on a 2024 Mazda 3. Shortly before the 12:00 PM service cutoff, Alex helped us to get a same-day booking and gave great recommendations based off of currently available inventory and a close match to OEM.
He agreed to my request to have the new set rotated to the front and the shop turned the car around almost two hours ahead of schedule. Kudos to the OK Tire team.
Biggest shoutout to Alex, you saved our day and saved us a huge headache! Stellar service, keep it up?

I came here for a car inspection. Was charged $150 and told I needed all 4 tires replaced. They also told me I'd lost my wheel lock key and that they'd charge me an additional $200 or more to have to work around this. I asked them if they'd checked the trunk, where it is normally stored, and they said they had looked multiple times and it was not there. I told them I was a student and asked if we could only replace the more worn tires, as they quoted me >$3K to do the work, but they said all 4 tires needed replacing.
I subsequently looked in the car and the wheel lock key was right in the spot it is supposed to be stored in my model of car (as is easily found with a quick google search had they not known)... They also told me that because I'd have to come back after the repairs, they'd have to charge me 50% of the cost of the inspection AGAIN, despite me already paying the $150 for the inspection and them not completing it in full or doing the paperwork... they made a big point about how much work it was for them to find the proper key or cut the wheel locks (despite they key being in the car in its proper place the whole time), thus justifying the extra costs...
Obviously, this did not bode confidence so I went to Kaltire and was advised that my back wheels were almost brand new still so only the 2 front tires needed to be replaced. I went with Kaltire in the end and saved $800 by not going with OK tire in the end, despite the wasted $150 and headache spent by an initial inspection with them, and I passed a 2nd car inspection elsewhere with no problems.
Pretty awful service at this OK tire and just came off as lazy and disinterested in helping the customer
I would recommend going to Kaltire on Arbutus for cheaper/friendlier service. For an inspection, 7 days auto on Ontario st was a third of the price and they were way friendlier!

I called the owner/manager to give feedback about my poor experience at his shop and he threatened me and told me he would report me to the police if I left a bad review or questioned his shops services.

One of my tires popped and I brought it in for their help. They were able to provide good advice without over-selling me on anything, and were flexible when I needed to leave the car there overnight. Front office staff and the technicians were pleasant to work with. I would recommend, and I'll definitely be back.

Made an appointment to only have an oil change done, which somehow came to $150. I thought it seemed steep, and wish I had said something while I was in there. My bill says I got the seasonal maintenance package with an included oil change. Kind of frustrating because I’ve just had my winters put on and didn’t want to pay the extra money to have my tires rotated.Customer service was good aside from having work done that I never asked for. Perhaps this is the only oil change package they offer?

I had a disappointing experience with this tire company. After fixing my flat tire, it went flat again within 36 hours. When I called to report the issue, they displayed rude customer service, assuming a new puncture without proper investigation. They quickly dismissed me, only to later discover that the tire had cracks due to age. It's concerning that the initial assessment failed to address the tire's integrity, reflecting poorly on their mechanical skills and overall safety concern.

The fellows at Okay Tire are top notch. I had just been released from the hospital after 3 weeks and one of my tires was going flat and I popped in and even though they were super busy they took the time to check on it found a nail, topped it up with air and have made me an appointment to get it fixed. I have bought tires from them for many years.
