GREAT ONLINE BOOKSTORE.
While they are in a construction zone ( but still open for customers), how about supporting this GREAT BOOKSTORE ONLINE TOO?
This store has games, puzzles, audio, books on a variety of topics...like trauma, marriage, families, recovery programs, autism, neurodivergent people, divorce, infidelity, PTSD,...etc
You name the personal or family issue and they have the book!!

I visited this store for the first time today and brought my 4-year old with me. After perusing the online shop and seeing the amazing selection of sensory tools they offered, I knew we needed to check it out. My son got to explore the different sensory toys and I was able to see what interested/helped him the most. He became dysregulated towards the end of our visit and started running around the store. One of the wonderful employees came to talk to him and very kindly asked him to walk instead of run to make sure everyone stayed safe. Although I felt stressed about trying to manage his dysregulated behaviour, I certainly did not feel judged or shamed. In other stores, I often get the feeling that my parenting skills are being questioned when my son experiences dysregulation, but Odin is such a supportive, inclusive environment which I truly appreciate. We will 100% shop here again.

The sales staff at ODIN are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to their collection of mental health books. I appreciate Catherine’s continued dedication to educating mental health professionals here in Vancouver.

Awesome selection of mindfulness books for kids, sensory toys and lots more to help understand and support neurodivergent thinkers. Broadway line construction out front makes it intimidating to get to but I found it easiest to park on Quebec St then walk to the storefront. A speech and language pathologist from Vancouver Coastal Health recommended getting the book I needed from here and it was indeed cheaper than Amazon. My online order was fulfilled pretty quickly - while picking up, I grabbed another board book on my way out about gratitude. Staff was friendly.Support small business! Why they didn't get 5 stars:- the mobile version of the website seems to not work when checking out

A wonderful store for those who are looking for self-development books and tools for various ages. Can be especially of interest to practitioners of helping professions, parents looking for ideas for meaningful gifts for kids, and anyone interested in psychology, therapy and wellness. Also it is the only store in Vancouver (as far as I know), which offers a collection of MACards ( metaphorical associative cards ), especially many decks from the OH-cards series which I highly recommend to anyone as it is a fantastic tool for storytelling, therapy, counselling, life coaching and self-development.

What a gem of a bookstore, with books for mental health, special needs, anxiety and much more. I am so grateful to have found this amazing store and am happy to be able to support a local business They also have other great resources such as posters, card sets, sensory regulation tools/toys and many other treasures to be found.Prices are good and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I happened across the store's website while looking for a particular resource and placed an online order for pickup. I was promptly called that day to inform me that one item needed to be ordered but I could pickup the rest of my order at any time. This will now be my go to place to find the resources I need to work with my clients with autism..
