I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago, they lost the package before ups even picked it up and they won't admit to it. Customer service refuses to give me my money back, even though I never received my order. No one responds anymore. I ordered well in advance of the event I was to wear the dress to and they left me high and dry with no dress, no refund.

The worst customer service I have ever experience! I've emailed many times, inquiring about my order which I made a month ago. I've received no answer via email and online chat we’re closed during their work hours. I paid already but I don’t know where is my order, I feel like I was scammed by your company.

They offers horrible customer service !I should choose the minus star !Very poor quality of jeans !After regular washing ,you have to iron or steam those horrible wrinkles .Customer service was just kicking the complaints as BALL back and forth and super mean !Also Saying some words and I even don’t understand what they were talking!Very horrible experience to buy 3 jeans in different color with them .I contacted the emails back and forth !Today I just got email they said “After reviewing your case, we see that this purchase as made in June and that the wrinkling does not qualify as a damaged item, therefore we cannot refund or replace your items. “I have never seen any of my jeans or my family members jeans after washing ,This much wrinkling !And also I have never mean they are damaged items!I just mentioned those items shouldn’t be these much horrible wrinkles after washing !This is my main point !Reaching here is the final step because no sincere intention for the better solution.Just fooling the loyal customers around . There is no trust on it.If you have better solution, pls email me .Acutally the black color I just wears once And never washed at all .All though wearing once ,I found very sticky with little fur .I really hate those quality stuff ever.Never recommend !

I wanted to love oak and fort so much because their items look amazing. Unfortunately the horrible horrible customer service RUINED the entire experience! I placed an order for an item that was cancelled by the warehouse without any notification and Oak + Fort and No Refund issued. This is ILLEGAL btw. I waited almost an entire month before getting fed up and messaging support. They then told me I would have to wait another WEEK for the refund and it would be issued back in store credit?? Again ILLEGAL btw. Spoke with customer service agent Izabelle Merican and when I kept pressing for a refund of the full dollar amount she started ignoring me. Never buying from here again and Never buy here for anyone else!

VERY disappointed. I did some searching before I got here and seems like people have a lot to say about their terrible customer experience... my bad that I didn’t took their advices! It took me nearly an hour to get here and they told me that my order has not arrived yet. I should choose shipping to my house in the first place! Anyway, not going to shop with oak+fort anymore. Save your money, save your time, don’t shop with this awful shop...

Why bother having a phone line if the business never intends to answer ?Edit: I see the comment from Oak and Fort below. I have tried emailing that address with no response. I have also tried that number again just now with no response.

Worst customer service. I've emailed and called multiple times, inquiring about an order I made a month ago. I've received no answer via email and no one answers the phone during their "work hours." I will never be shopping with them again as this is some of the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced.

Zero customer service. I made an online order and the processing time on the website states 1-3 business days and once that’s done, I’ll get my shipping details. It has been over a week and I haven’t gotten anything. I tried contacting their customer care and I guarantee you that you won’t get a reply.

The show room should be opened a little later on weekdays, if people are going to pick up items from there or even open on weekends.

I came to this location (their showroom) to pick up an online order. Their door was locked and it took a while to get someone to open the door. They had staff at the front but they won't open the door for you unless you buzz.
