We experienced excellent customer service from the manager, Dejan. He was very knowledgable about the mattress options and features. He went above and beyond our expectations. The mattress is very high quality, durable, light weight and easy to clean.

Absolutely amazing! I haven’t written a review before but Naturepedic deserves one. Not only is our mattress incredibly comfortable, balancing support with softness, but I love knowing that I’m not breathing in harmful chemicals while we sleep! The customer service was truly wonderful, Dejan was always there to help and answer any questions. We tried many different mattresses, and are so happy we found Naturepedic. They really are the best organic mattress around. I highly recommend this company for both children and adult organic/chemical free mattresses!

My wife and I were searching for organic eco-friendly made quality mattress and kept hearing good things about Naturepedic. Not only their product had exceeded our expectation, we had enjoyed the connection we made with their friendly staff. We felt well-informed and confident we will be well supported by this caring family-owned business. We love it so much we went back to buy a second mattress for our daughter. Couldn’t have expected better. 10/10!

Just wanted to say thanks to these guys for helping me get a king mattress for my pad in Kits. Service was great and the quality of the product is unmatched. The pillow has really helped me with my sleep and sports recovery.Amazing spot.

I did a ton of research before deciding on a crib mattress and I only trust naturepedic for my babies. My 3 year old still has her classic organic mattress and I just purchased another for my new baby. They were fully in stock for pickup at the Vancouver location but I chose to have it shipped. It shipped quickly and arrived at my doorstep within the week. We also needed a new mattress and just received our new organic mattress from them as well and it’s so comfy- the only thing waking me up now is my baby, not an uncomfortable mattress ! And I feel so good knowing it’s safe with no toxic chemicals. Fabulous customer service at the Vancouver location anytime I’ve called. 10/10 recommend!

We were looking for an organic mattress without harmful chemicals. Naturepedic's mattress was worth the investment -- it's high quality and extremely comfortable. And the Naturepedic team is always helpful, sharing insightful information about any other sleep products we need. 10/10

Three years ago I bought my grandaughter a baby mattress here because I wanted her to be breathing in NO toxic chemicals called "offgassing" while she slept. I went in person to feel the different kinds of mattresses and chose the one that is one side toddler, one side infant. We put one of Natuepedic's mattress covers on it. The one that just covers the mattress was good quality and and easy to wash. Very happy with the mattress and the staff were beyond helpful. I went to the West Broadway, Vancouver store. So three years later, here is my wear and tear review. There is none on our non toxic Naturepedic baby mattress that our granddaughter has been sleeping soundly on and we feel good we gave her the heathiest possible start in life. I would make the same choice again.

I was recommended by a friend to go see Dejan since I have been having difficulty with sleeping & a lot of stiffness around my upper body. After trying variety of pillows from different places, I went to Naturepedic. Let me tell you, Dejan wasn't only able to answer my questions, he was very professional & his customer service skill was top notch. He is not pushy to sell anything, after thoroughly explaining about the products he gave me space & time to try each pillow. The quality of the products in this store is very high end! Usually organic cotton or certain fabrics don't have the high end feel or look to it, however, the pillows felt very soft & welcoming. :) While he was serving me, another gentle man came in & Dejan attended him very professionally. He knew exactly what to offer that customer because right away that person mentioned how good the pillow felt on his neck. Nowadays, it's so hard to come across excellent customer services, & since I am all a about service, I was very impressed with Dejan. Definitely, going to recommend this store to other people. Location is great, very clean & well kept. For overall experience & including the product I am very happy. Tried the pillow & I have to say, I did notice the difference. Thank you Dejan for helping me find the right pillow.Price for the quality is very reasonable. Oh I learnt something new from Dejan, the filling is also made from sugar cane husk. How cool is that!

We ordered our crib mattress end of November and they said it would be ready in 5 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and they keep telling us it will be available next week (the last 3 times I've called). We had to call for updates starting at 6 weeks because they never even thought to notify us that shipping was delayed. This has been a very frustrating process and has caused a lot of inconvenience as we would have shopped elsewhere for a mattress but now we've waited so long. If they had told us it would be over 2 months (or even longer who knows) we would have shopped elsewhere.

We have a Queen mattress. Before we got this one my husband used to be lucky to get 5 or 6 hours of sleep. Now he feels so much more comfortable he sleeps much longer and rarely wakes up in the night. He says it's like sleeping on a cloud and I have to agree!

There are not enough words to express how good my experience with Naturepedic has been. From the first contact to the last minute Customer Service is just over 11/10. Dejan and his team are ready to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction at every point of the process. Now let's talk about the bed - I have never slept in anything so comfortable my entire life, and that includes many expensive brands and 5 star hotels. To put it simply, I have been struggling with chronic back pain for 4 years, and after 2 weeks on the Halcyon it was gone. It has been 6 months now that I don't know what back pain even means. The best investment you can make on your comfort and health is right here.
