Took my battery in there 2 weeks ago to get it exchanged. The two gentlemen looked like they both didn't want to be working there to be honest. Not eager to help me solve my problem. No smiles on there face. C'mon Gents Cheer up!

WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND OR GET SCAMMED? come on down to this specific location where they A. try to rip you off and B.are as intelligent then a brain dead monkey STORY TIME so i thought id save money after calling Canadian tire for brake pads Canadian tire said i had to go to two of their locations to get front and back brake pads so thats 100-120$ right so i thought hey i should call napa cause in the past they never wronged me so the very sad man who works there TOLD me the brake pads should be under 100 didnt get an exact price cause idk i graduated school common sense doing math right WRONG i arrive there after i asked him how much the price would be you know THE PRICE YOUR SUPPOSED TO CHARGE ME he then gets jealous of what car i drive and all the sudden THE BRAKE PADS JUMPED UP 200 DOLLARS he then trys to scam me saying oh i can add my discount but it wont be much of a difference because i dont waste my money buying 1000s of dollars worth of their parts..... all the sudden with his discount it knocked off a little under 100$ like thats pathetic i called him out and the only answer he could give me is that HE ALLEGEDGLY GAVE ME A DEALER QUOTE WHEN I SPOKE ENGLISH OVER THE PHONE he even acknowledged the fact that he screwed up and kept saying human error a pig with no brain can do a better job then him his own co workers were looking at him in disgust trying to rip me off lol nice try so i said i came here years before and arnt you the same guy who served me and my family ? all the sudden this peasant gets confidence and says ha when i said covid he says no i said oh so your new he said no so i said SO YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON HUH? pure silence then he says oh if you buy these now i cut him off in absolute disgust and said if you called me i told you a price and all the sudden its triple would you still buy it? he said well i cut him off and said EXACTLY now im gonna go save TWO HUNDERED DOLLARS BY DRIVING TO TWO DIFFRENT CANADIAN TIRES CAUSE YOU WASTED MY TIME and would you look at that i went home SAVED MORE MONEY BUYING OFF OF AMAZON I PAID 70 DOLLARS ON AMAZON INSTEAD OF 300 dollars never again you like being scammed come to napa atleast canadian tire speaks proper english AND THE GUY AT NAPA DIDNT HAVE AN ACCENT absolutely pathetic i would be more then happy to give this place -5 stars

Ive been here 3 or 4 times. Always super friendly and helpful staff. Nate on my most recent visit was especially great helping me make sure I have what I need to change my brakes.

I went here for a oil change and came back with numbers of problem l never had with my car and in inspection they told me my car’s break pads are gone although l got them changed last summer.Worst experience these guys are ripping people off they create problem to get paid

Bought a starter payed tax on, returned core got no taxes back. So you get the core but the taxes are not only applied to both but not returned either. You stole from me the last time napa.
