Worked with Steve, the owner, and his team of technicians, lead by Prab. Steve is very knowledgeable and was thorough in finding what the problem was, and was able to explain plumbing issues well to me and come up with solutions. Prab was very quick and responsive to any questions during the process and the plumbing team worked hard, and was efficient. In addition, restoration work was done well to my satisfaction. Mr. Rooter and team made the whole process easier and less stressful from beginning to end. Thank you!

Fantastic - called and within an hour I had a technician. Very polite and honest (key), mentioned work order upfront and then proceeded to unclog the issues. Recommend these guys to anyone as there are some crap-shoots out there.

Kevin and the team from Mr. Rooter saved the day for us.
When water started welling up on our lawn from underneath and the water pressure in the house plummeted, we investigated with the City and it turned out to be a broken water main on our property.
We called several plumbing companies to take a look and get quotes and most offered the same somewhat gimmicky solution.
However, Mr. Rooter's Field Manager Kevin Florkow proposed the best solution, one that would solve the problem permanently, which was to reroute the water main and replace it with modern PEX A pipe.
From the initial shovel into the ground to the final test of the completed piping work, the Mr. Rooter team was professional and did their job right.
They (Plumber Jaspreet and others on site) worked with us to determine the best route for the new pipe, moved the earth out of the way, installed it and new valves, and then backfilled the earth into place, cleaning up before they left.
After the job was finished, the water pressure was great again. In fact, it was better than it was before the problem. At our request, they dialed the pressure back to a custom level to protect our pipes.
We are so happy. Even the lawn and garden looked better than it did before the leak. It's now leveled with fresh earth and reseeded with grass which is now growing well.
A big bonus was how Kevin and the back office staff (RJ) at Mr. Rooter worked with our insurance company to sort out the bill.
The great people at Mr. Rooter fully solved our water main issue in one go. Literally. I didn't have to lift a finger once they were on the scene.
I wish every service company could do what they did: that is, solve a problem quickly, effectively, and at a very reasonable cost.
My hat is off to them. Mr. Rooter, and Kevin especially, get my highest recommendation.

I had a clogged kitchen drain on a Sunday night. I filled out some info on the Mr. Rooter website and had a phone call the next morning at 8am, and a technician at our house to fix the problem by 9am. The service was speedy and amazing. I know it won’t always work out that fast but I was relieved it did in my situation. Very happy with the service Mr. Rooter provided.

We are very happy to have chosen Mr. Rooter Plumbing company to replace our sewer pipe. Kudo to the project manager Kevin Florkow and his team for the exceptional service that we received. Kevin is very helpful, professional and courteous. He explained in detail what the sewer replacement job is going to be. Furthermore, the job came on budget just as he quoted us, and finished on time. Also we would like to thank the plumber Abera and his team for doing an outstanding work. They have to excavate very deep, 4 feet long by 10 feet deep to replace our broken sewer pipe. We found Abera to be extremely polite, professional, helpful and hard working. He and his team left our place very clean and tidy throughout the job process. We will definitely have Kevin and Abera again to do any future plumbing repairs and will highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Kevin and Abera for your very high quality workmanship!

Pros:
- friendly on the phone to setup the appointment
- the technician successfully fixed the clogged bathroom sink
Cons:
- the technician did not have integrity. he tried to charge an extra $100 for a half hour that he did not work. he also lied about where he parked (i am assuming laying the groundwork for extending the clock on carrying the equipment to and from the truck). when i called him out, he did write a new invoice and removed the extra $100 charge.

Kevin and Jason ( Jay ) came out to assist with a main water line , they were professional and knowledgeable , Jason cleaned up after he completed the job . Kevin provided helpful information and options to our problem , he is very experienced and knew what was the issues. I had to get several plumbing issues done , among them a new toilet installed .I used Mr Rooters before and they are absolutely the best . Simran Sandhu is an excellent technician . He gave me a quote before starting , let me know what needed to be replaced and recaulked my bathtub for free . Mr Rooters is clean , reliable and highly knowledgeable . Adarsh answered the phone when I called after hours to see if my sump could be replaced the following day. He managed to find a way to make it work for today. He was very friendly and attentive and did a great job. The price ended up being several hundred dollars less than a competitor quote. Will definitely call first next time.
