Took my used car for some auto services. Although Khush gently explained to me of the services they offer, he took the time to check my car engines, tires and suspension. Khush was so professional and detained . I will definitely take my car there again for lubrication and related issues

my brother arrived from vancouver SAFE AND SOUND, not thanks to this shop.. he had work done before driving to saskatoon (SK) and asked the workers to ensure the tires are tightened because he heard some rattling. his tire POPPED off on his way into rosetown 15 mins out?!! thankfully, my brother sustained no injuries but he had to call a tow truck, get a tire replacement to safely get home and now he needs to purchase 4 NEW tires. this could’ve been avoided if mr. lube had diligently done their work properly… hence, i will sadly NOT be recommending this place for car service(s). (he feels like he was ripped off, paid over $600, and rightfully so!)

I recently visited Mr. Lube and had an exceptional experience! The service was fast, efficient, and very professional. Daljot did a fantastic job, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with all the work done.
If you’re ever unsure about visiting Mr. Lube, I highly recommend trying out this branch. The staff here knows their stuff and gets the job done quickly without compromising on quality. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

My first used car I bought and Khush looked over my car to make sure everything was safe and no leaks. He guided me along with things I will need to maintain and how/when to service my car. Great patience and amazing customer service, especially for beginner drivers. I feel reassured and safe going back to these mechanics! Thank you!

They break my engine oil dipstick.
I did oil change in this shop. I trusted them and I never check the engine bay after (next time I will). About 2 weeks later I want to check my car so next day I can go somewhere far. But I found out the dipstick gone. The yellow part left inside the tube but the twist handle is missing. I've never opened the hood since the oil change. Only 2 situation will that happen. One, they didn't actually did the oil change. Two, they broke it.
Are you going to tell me it is so coincident that it just go missing after the service?

I cannot thank Mr Lube + Tyres specially PREET enough for the exceptional service I received. I was in a stressful situation when my car suddenly displayed a warning that it wasn’t safe to drive. Initially, I took my car to the Honda dealership, but I was left waiting without a clear solution.
