Double check the quality before you buying anything from it.
Got something for the kids, and the security tag is not removed. And when we have three kids, we don’t have time to come for it. Later when we decided to try on the size, there is a large cut at the back of the jacket. Second time wearing for trying purpose only. And they can’t fix or do exchange for us. Really making it so bad in the experiences. Staffs looking at us like we stolen the item from the store when they did not remove the tag for us, and the attitude dealing with the case is super bad too. Not gonna step in anymore anyway.

Yes it's affordable but price not consistent. Same item at store is cheaper online but intentionally creating a different product code/description so you can't price match. I'm pretty sure they're essentially the same.

I want to give a huge commendation to Ishanka, the manager at Mountain Warehouse! I visited recently with my kids to prepare for our first camping trip, and she went above and beyond to help us. Ishanka was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, spending a lot of time making sure we had everything we needed, from camping gear to clothing. Her advice and guidance made all the difference. I highly recommend Mountain Warehouse for their quality products at affordable prices, and especially for the amazing customer service from dedicated staff like Ishanka

Wanted to come and give a MAJOR shout to Bryson at this location. I frantically called looking for a couple items i had ordered but weren't going to arrive in time for my vacation this coming Monday. Bryson went above and beyond, all while being incredibly kind , patient and very clear communication. I manage a business and always love when i get such wonderful customer service.

Hi, I was here in this outlet at around 6:30 pm to around 7:45pm. I just felt the need to share my experience, its very easy to complain but one should take out time to appreciate staff members. They are very friendly, supportive and guided the best option for me and my husband. Keep up the great work.

Purchased a ski jacket, the sales told me additional 10% off.But the cashier didn’t know it, charged me full price.After a moment, I realized that she maybe forgot give me discount, so I asked adjustment, but she told me it means item is final sales.It’s let me feel like cheating ??.

The cashier was so rude to me, and was busy gossiping to coworkers than helping customers. From my previous timea purchasing from here, the quality is very hit or miss.
