Had the worst experience there with my wife. Just an absolutely disrespectful employee named Renil dealt with my wife and I. Highly unprofessional and was making borderline racist remarks and didn't seem interested in helping us at all. I've been to their other locations and had great service but this guy was just awful. How do you guys employ someone that ignores you and treats you like you're a waste of time and then makes off hand remarks? My wife was incredibly upset and it ruined our day out in downtown to do some pre trip shopping. The manager there needs to look at the professionalism of this employee, either replace him or stand behind trash. Incredibly unacceptable.

Me and my buddy walked into the location at metrotown mall and were greeted pretty good, considering we were wearing Street clothes and look like minimum wage earners, we were treated quite well.

I recently purchased the Girard Perregaux Laureato 38mm with a stunning copper dial, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Montecristo Downtown location.It was a long wait for this watch and Sunmi the sales rep followed up with me very well. It might be the first copper dial in the Western Canada.The sales person, Sunmi, was incredibly friendly and honest in her opinion on the brand and the Laureato collection in particular. Sunmi patiently answered all my questions, explained the watch's unique features and design, and gave me plenty of time to try on.I never felt pressured to make a purchase, but when I decided to go ahead with the copper dial Laureato, Sunmi made the process smooth and effortless. She carefully explained the warranty, the servicing requirements, and provided me with all the necessary documents and receipts.Overall, I highly recommend Girard Perregaux and especially at the Montecristo Downtown. If you're in the market for a luxury timepiece Sunmi with Montecristo Downtown is the one to go to.

This is what a watch shopping experience should be! I visited the downtown location a few days ago, with a good friend who is also a watch fanatic. There were a couple of brands/models I wanted to see, unfortunately not available at the time. Mark was good enough to take my name and contact details, to let me know when they get the watches for me to see. Meanwhile, Mark spent a good hour with us, showing some of the latest models of various brands, and just discussing watches of all the brands with us. And we tried many different watches, and generally had a great time! We were well and truly taken care of in a friendly and professional and respectful manner, with no pressure at all to make a purchase. Both my friend and I have no hesitation in returning and recommending this location to anyone. And a particular thanks to Mark, who made our visit a most pleasant and memorable one! Cheers, Carl

Just had Dennis from Monte Cristo adjust my band for my Explorer 16550 ,had to add another link and balance the bracelet for a better fit!He was very professional and knowledgeable about the fit and comfort of the Oyster band.Also picked up my grail watch today! I have been waiting for quite a while before I got "the" call. I had an appointment with Gianni. First of all, before even I looked at items other sales rep came and offered me a drink. Second, when Gianni started showing me items he wasn't pushy. He let the conversation flow with time. He was very helpful and his attitude reminded me that he's there just to help me not make a sale. I liked his attitude. The last amazing thing at this store was the teamwork. Because there was a lot of items on the table, 2 other sales associates came to help Gianni. They started to take items back to the showcase without interrupting my conversation with Gianni. In general I had a good experience there.
