Don’t buy staff here. Worst service ever. Friends give me shirt as a gift but the colour wasn’t I want so I request for other color. First they said they were run out the stock and will contact me with 5days. Guess what . No one calls me and I have to reaching with head office, head office said they have the color of shirt I want. so I call back to the store. Now they said they have it .

I had good experiences with Moncler. My sales associate was wonderful and we conversed comfortably. I only had bought a small item recently since I already had gotten one of the fashion parkas a few months ago. She didn't treat me with any less than a client who buys a parka from their boutique.She was pretty much upfront with the exchange policy being 20 days of exchange or store credit. I didn't mind because I never had issues with Moncler's quality.

Maria was very supportive and helpful towards the Moncler’s client. She was very caring and had a wonderful taste in fashion. She recommended the items which make the clients happy about their purchase.

Had the same issue as Carlos noted below. Sales staff advised me to buy under the pretext it can be returned if unsatisfied. Brought it back the next day and was told credit only. Disputing the transaction with Amex. Even the moncler Canada website states returns are allowed within 20 days.

Service is excellent and patient, I wanted a lot of clothes that I saw online that they didn't have in store, but they made me feel welcome and try different sizes and ended up having them delivered to my home, would shop at store again

I'll never understand why stores require employees to have years of luxury retail experience, only for their staff to treat customers so poorly. I've had better customer service at a Walmart. I told a staff member what I was looking for and she gave me a look-over and told me they don't have anything that would fit me, which is rude but I'm also layered up in jackets for the cold so it's not like she could actually see my body, and I'm within the regular sizes usually offered at Moncler. I ignore the comment and tell her I'm shopping for someone else and specify the size and colour and they don't have the colour I'm looking for, and instead of her suggesting other available colours, I have to ask her to check. Of course, they don't have what I'm looking for, and instead of asking if I'd like to see any other styles or products, she sends me to Holt Renfrew to look there. If you don't want business from a specific demographic, honestly just say that instead of wasting my time. The Asian family in the store was treated excellently from what I witnessed, but maybe they don't value their Black customers in the same way.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.... The sales people lie about their 'return' policy when you are shopping, saying you can return for a refund, then stick you with exchange-only fine print later on. Be careful -- they are snakes!
