My feelings for this pharmacy is mixed, my mom liked to get her medication here as the staff are patient and took the time to explain everything to her. They also drop off medication for her when she wasn't able to take the bus to pick up. However, the experience and service really depends on who one deals with, some of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but not all of them. I am giving it two stars because of a few experiences:- frequent long waits- unorganized, there were multiple times the staff took a while to locate my medication (they called me that it was ready for pick up)- wrong medication dispensed and would not own up to the mistake. The ophthalmologist prescribed an eye medication for my mom and they gave my mom the wrong one, we didn't check, used it, and only found out when we went back to the doctor and bringing the medication with us. I went back to MJ's with another prescription for the same originally prescribed medication and told them the mistake they made. There was no apology and they charged me for the new (correctly dispensed this time) medication.

Pharmacy called us today an hour AFTER my dad left the store. Caller said my dad didn't grab my prescription so he should return. What happened was whoever rang him for purchase, didn't put my meds in the bag!
We don't live nearby, that's why we check with them before we head out so that the order is completely filled before going. He went there to pickup my order along with some supplements he needed.
He's been a loyal customer for years and I'm appalled by the extremely rude phone manner of the ladies whenever he calls to ask them about an item. They could learn how to speak more respectfully to customers who have questions about new items to buy. That's why when he calls, he always asks for Frankie because the people there are so annoyed by questions. We bring you business, we buy your products, why are you so rude?
I think dad keeps ordering here due to his long-term loyalty to Frankie who does give him good health advice. Otherwise, I am done with this pharmacy and will have my medicines filled elsewhere. Customer service, learn it.

The staff named Fiona, her attitude is very bad. After I paid the money, I was waiting for my medicine. Actually, she left it at the counter and did not tell me to pick up, just keep me waiting not until I asked her. Two times already. Very rude.

Check any claims they submit to your insurance because sometimes they make a mistake and you end up having to pay for prescriptions that should be covered. For example, they will submit over the allowable day supply limit by mistake.

I am a visitor from Hong Kong. Recently I went to MJ’S Pharmacy for shopping and seeking advice for health issues. I am amazed how knowledgeable and professional the staff of the pharmacy that I have never experienced before. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and relatives .
