Miniworks is my first port of call for anything regarding my partners Mini.
James is brilliant, he is honest, kind and diligent with his work. He knows all of the common issues and sometimes even has future proofing methods that fix the common gremlins with minis. His prices are very fair and his servicing is very reasonable. Anybody who has a new generation mini should come here. You won't regret it 10/10.

What a great experience. We dropped off our car after hours. James called us the following morning (Friday) and explained the potential issues with the car. Monday morning received a call from James will the full diagnosis and prices. The job was fully completed by Tuesday morning with the exact price quoted. Very knowledgeable, great customer service even with a unknown vehicle drop off. If you own a Mini this is the place to go.

Brilliant service last week when I took my 2013 Mini to Mini Works. So lovely to find someone who was prepared to take time to TALK to me and explain and advise - in layman's (women's!) terms. Very, very satisfied with everything James and Joy and Mini Works did.

I went to Miniworks for the inspection of my Mini Cooper yesterday. James is super helpful and knowledgeable regarding mini. He doesn’t try to sell any unnecessary service at all. I will definitely go back for the maintenance. Thanks James!!

By far the best experience I've had dealing with car repairs. I don't know anything about cars and everything was explained so I could understand it and it was literally half the dealer quote so they have a customer for life. Can't recommend them enough.

James and Joyce run this shop and I can’t recommend them enough. Initially I went to Mini Richmond for a repair which I was very disappointed about. Essentially, they weren’t able to fix my car and pointed out all of these other repairs that weren’t related to the issue. The bill came out to $700 in diagnostics.
I brought my car into Mini Works and James has been fantastic. He fixed my car and now it’s running better than ever! If you have any mini issues, you can have the peace of mind when it’s left in the hands of Mini works. They forever have my loyalty and business! Thank you James and Joyce for helping me fix my car!

Excellent service! Waited for my car to be dropped off by BCAA even though it's past their service hours.
