Number 1) I laughed when I read the review below. Pamela VI know that woman - she is a total lunatic. Take what she says with half a grain of salt.I bought ANOTHER vehicle of David Bentyl of Miles End. Myself and all by buddies buy/lease our cars off him. the guy is great. zero pressure - tons of connections to get you what you want.literally turns the computer monitor around if you want and shows you exactly the data he is inputting and all that jazz. David is proof you don't need to be a scum bag to succeed selling cars.never hesitate to go to call this guy.

This place is horrible! They gave me one of the worst vehicles on the lot. Refused to fix it or trade it in. The van has had stalling issues since the day they dropped it off. Smelled of cigarette smoke and has burn marks everywhere. I'm a single mother with kids and it wouldn't even make it to the hospital when my daughter was sick. Now I'm stuck in debt because the van is not drivable. I've already put $650 trying to figure out the problems and there are too many for me to fix. So thank you Miles End Motors and your employees for making my life even more difficult than it already was These people don't care about their customers. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY.

I went down to Vancouver from Northern BC, I was on the phone with the owner before hand to find me the right car. Everything came through no problem and was very easy. Came down on a flight and left the next day with a charger. Very happy and I will definitely be going back in the future with this company.

So I was dealing with pav toor from this place and I sent a 2500 $ down payment on a f150 and still haven’t heard anything back this place is a scam he won’t answer he won’t text back but before that I couldn’t get him to leave me alone Dk not use this place worst thing I ever did

A couple of months ago I entered to win a years free lease or financing on a car with Miles end motors when they were at the craft beer festival at the PNE. A few weeks later I got a call saying I had won.After speaking to one of their customer service team I told them what I was looking for & price range etc and they came up with a few options then and there. It took a little time to find something I was happy with that was in my price range and to be fair to them they actually ended up getting me something newer than originally planned because the years free financing helped ALOT!!I have had great service from them, some team members are more responsive than others but the manager especially, Adam, has been great at answering my questions or just dropping a text or call to update me on things. He's a great salesman and I appreciated all his help.So far I can only recommend them and if all continues going well then I would have no hesitation in getting a future car with them again.Thanks team :)

So update and change my review. The owner of the company contact me directly and wanted to make things right. I'm very appreciative. The car we got was very nice vehicle. We love it! The owner was awesome, very nice.

This is an edit to my previous review about Miles End Motors ? Due to miscommunication on all sides. I felt that I was either being discriminated against and /or ignored.I can happily take all of this back , Due in part to an awesome conversation and whom that conversation was with... Ty Dom ? Very sorry about the race card pull , but when it's happened more than once , from past dealings with others , couldn't help but feel that way...Now that I am in contact with the proper people... pretty sure I'm in good hands ??

WARNING! Keep on driving by this place if you know better! I went in to look at a Smart Car that was parked on the lot. After talking with sales man - whom seemed very nice, I decided to buy the car. Using my own bank to finance, HE sent all the info to the bank and I was to come back the NEXT day with check in hand and get the car. But before the day was over, the same salesman called me and told me he sold the car for cash. I quite sure that IS bad business practices.PROS: Salesman seems nice, to get you to buy.CONS: They are greedy for cash and will do anything to get it.ADVICE: If a salesman will look you in the face, do all the paperwork and know that you are buying a vehicle - then turn and sell it before the pickup day - it's only greed. If you need to TRUST the place you are buying your next car from - THIS ISN'T THE PLACE TO SHOP! Finally, take notice to the MANY negative reviews this place has and take heed - they are REAL!....

Great customer service!! I purchased a car from this company on the 15th of December and I started to have problems 2 weeks from the purchase date. That is terrible and all the cars are as is!! Don't waste your time, unless you have money to repair a newly purchased car. Very upset customer and I would never refer anybody to this location. Also ask about warranty plans, before you purchase a car from them. Don't do it. I overlooked some bad reviews and now I am paying for it!! What look good on the outside and you know the rest...DONT DO IT!!.....

Dealership sold my daughter a car with severe frame damage. In addition,my daughter is Austistic and wants to believe in mankind.But theyHad no empathy and wouldn’t put her in a safe car nor give her money back.Don’t buy here if you want to feel 100% safe and treated with integrity and honesty. When I told the owner that the fender fell off they replaced it with another cheap piece of material. Also, stated “People get into car accident’s everyday”. I was shocked and realized that he just didn’t care.

This dealer promised to fix cosmetic damage on the vehicle and upon arriving to pick up the car I saw that it was not repaired and he gave me a bunch of excuses as to why, Also I asked him if there was anything else wrong with the vehicle and he lied saying that there wasn't but the screen stopped working about an hour after leaving the dealership. He also told me that the vehicle was detailed and all the fluids were full but I found trash in the center console and an empty can of soda under the passenger side seat and the tank was under 1/4 of gas. Stay away, terrible and dceitful service.

Bought a 2017 aventador kept great care of it drove it for 2 months, engine blew and I went back to have a chat with the man who sold me it. He did not invite me inside to discuss it, he then Proceeded to insult me to my face and call me names, and told me it was my fault and that I do not understand how used cars work, and called me hostile. VERY POOR SERVICE, DO NOT do business with them.

Purchased a 7 series BMW from this dealer. Drove the car back to northern BC where I noticed an oil leak. I took the car to a reliable mechanic here and was informed that the car should not have passed smog due to the snap test for smoke. It dumps blue smoke out of the tailpipe and would have failed. I took the car to a smog referee where the car immediately failed. The issue is failing valve guides. The cost to cure is $6000. I contacted the dealership and they told me to call the smog shop they used to smog the car and that they wouldn't assist in the repairing of the car or give me a refund. I reported these guys to DMV investigations and the Bureau of Automotive repair. Both have open investigations against these people. This is what my car looks like today. Be very careful when dealing with these guys. I suggest working with another dealership altogether.

They easily laying about everything. Never trust them.I was going to buy a Lexus rx350, when I asked about accident history, He sad DEFINITELY no accident, then we found out all body ,doors and bumps in passenger side repainted and car had very bad accident, when I told about that they said: really??! they bought their car in accident car Auctions .Save your time and money and just walk away.
