Disappointed. And it started out so well as I had taken three family vehicles there previously with positive results. I was so confident in them. I really thought, now mistakenly so, they'd pinpoint the issue and successfully repair my car. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that way ... I was left, as stated, disappointed.

Midas always does a great job whether tune-ups, acquiring parts, new tires in short order, etc. Coupons come in the mail and they are very communicative about options when they find issues in my somewhat older car.

Had 2 tires that needed repair and they got me in right away before a long weekend. Friendly, helpful staff, and left my wheels cleaner than when I brought it in! Will definitely bring my vehicle back in the future.

Was visiting Vancouver from our home about an hour away and ran over a screw downtown. Yup, flat tire. After swapping out for the donut, called the nearest Kal Tire and they were all booked up. Called Midas next and they had gotten all of their scheduled work done that morning and could fit us in. Dropped off the tire, came back 45 minutes later and the tire was repaired! The technician swapped out the newly repaired tire and sent us on our way, no fuss, no muss. Great and quick service!
If that's not all, as we were leaving the parking lot, the technician runs up to us and tells us that he notices one of our taillights is out. He changed out the bulb on the spot at no extra charge. Definitely nice to see someone willing to go the extra mile, even for someone who was from out of town and they knew they would probably never see again! Would definitely recommend them.

Inflexible schedule, only allows car drop offs between 7:30-9am (even for a 1pm appointment request). Asked if I could drop it off later than that and they said no. Not able to drop off my car for that time so needed to book tire purchase elsewhere.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and Rick was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on eta of the job and when I could pick up my car. I was really impressed that he gave me diagnostic's of things to watch out for and what the staff recommended I immediately tend to and what was not needed at this point and time. I continue to go back to this location because they are trustworthy and have great customer service!
