The worst customer service ever in this particular store. Terrible return policy. Do not buy from the KitsilanoStore.

I spent $120 on cargo pants. During the first wash they bled all over my other clothes. After several washings the knee ripped open.Another top’s seam was so sparingly sewn that it ripped and I had to mend to.The third piece piece was ok but I won’t shop there again.

Came in looking for some pants and the staff helped me the whole way.Never had to wait for assistance. Felt like they actually wanted to help me, which is always a plus!Helpful and quick!
