I booked an appointment for today/Saturday, April 13th at 1:30 pm, my only day off, and confirmed it with him (Corey). I drove all the way to his store and called him and he simply said he forgot about the appointment and can't come before 4 PM. It was such a waste of time and a long drive for nothing due to a lack of responsibility, accountability, and poor customer service.

Corey was super helpful and he had a wonderful set up where you could test all the various mattresses. Really informative and a fun experience! He locks the doors so just make sure to show up on time - we arrived a bit earlier but he let us in. The mattress showed up a week later and delivered on the same day it arrived.
