Just wanted to hop on quick and say i have been dealing with this company the past couple of days to try and get some sweaters printed for my workplace. I have messed up a couple things on my end and found these guys last minute to help me sort myself out.
So kind, so helpful and have have been a real treat to deal with.
I am still trying to sort it all out, but just find it so rare that have such wonderful help and such good service. I will use them for this project and I would refer them over and over again:)

Had an incredible experience with the team while making two custom engraved Beer Glasses. I called numerous times throughout the process of making the glasses, each time I called every question was answered and each individual staff member treated me excellently and was extremely helpful. One staff member in particular (Sarah S.) went out of her way to remake the design which had gotten lost. I cannot thank her and the team enough! You guys rock!

An eclectic store with uniques items and gifts for that special someone in your life. Maybe just get some cools things for yourself.
This store sells items made locally by artist and vendors.
I picked up a couple cool mushroom shirts, and some nice gadgets for the kitchen.
I noticed they give a lot back to the community via purchases, which is awesome.
Staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful.
I will swing by here every time I’m in town.

I had an amazing experience with MAKE!! I needed to order a customized mug with a short turnaround, and they completed it very quickly—all with friendly and helpful customer service. It was also fun looking around the store when I picked up my order :)

Sadly, when you go to sign up for their 15% discount newsletter, they send you a code that you most likely won't be able to use because it's not valid on any custom design. Isn't that the point of this company?

I reached out the MAKE to get an embroidery done on a single hoodie that is a gift for my brother. My brother is a huge Naruto fan and also likes name brands, so I got him a Stussy hoodie with the intention of doing a custom Naruto print. It's hard enough to find a place that does single embroidery prints but was told that MAKE could facilitate.
I reached out the their team to get a quote and during our engagement of me sharing the mock-ups, the design files and the embroidery files, we discovered issues with my embroidery files which ultimately led me to hire a freelancer to develop proper files for the embroidery to get this work done.
The engagement I had with them wasn't the greatest, every response came from a different staff member who seemingly didn't read the email history cause I kept on having to repeat things and re-share files that we already shared. Eventually one of their staff responded saying that they are unable to print my garment because of copyright issues.
I can understand the copy right issues, I'm not looking to put any businesses in harms way, I was looking for a one off as a gift for a family member. I had mock ups and design files out the gate for them to evaluate but instead of letting me know right away, which would have saved me money on getting embroidery files developed, but they gave me fragmented support, asked for proper embroidery files in order to quote me, never even gave me a quote once I provided the files and then told me that they can't serve me because my 1 garment that I'm getting printed for my brother runs the risk of copyright infringement.
I can understand not wanting to serve me because of that, despite common sense and good judgement, but the process they put me through just to tell me that at the end, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on their service alone.

This is hands-down one of my favourite shops in Vancouver! They have cool gifts for every occasion and ALWAYS highlight and feature the work of local artists. Plus the service is always beyond excellent. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I needed a last-minute T-shirt for my Rugby 7s game costume. Paul was incredibly attentive, ensuring my T-shirt was ready on time. It turned out great, and the store offers many great options for customizable gifts. I will definitely come back.

Best place to get your custom items made!!! I placed a custom order at the last minute and they took in my rush order request and provided me the best quality product before time!! I went to Granville Island store for pickup. It is a beautiful store and all the things around in the store were also fabulous. I was assisted by Alyssa from the image department and the lovely Hunter at the store counter. They were both so helpful and accomodating. The price was also great as compared to other stores. The quality speaks volumes! It's not a one time wear tshirt, but a gift for a lifetime. Thank you so much, Make Vancouver! Really recommend this place.
