Brought my Honda Fit in for service for some scrapes and dents. The staff at Mainland Automotive were very helpful, polite, and understanding. It was my first time taking my vehicle in for body work, and they helped make the procedure painless. Once they had the parts in, the repairs took just under 3 days. Will definitely be recommending Mainland to anyone I know who might need body work!

Had a great experience with Mainland automotive. First of all, they were the only body shop in the area who could take my car in for evaluation on the same day as I called. One week later, i dropped off my car. I asked for a suv for a courtesy car, and they accomodated me. After picking up my car, i looked at the 3 panels that were affected really carefully, and their work was flawless. Professional operation, with great customer service, and they did exceptional work. To cap it all off, they did a really wonderful job detailing my car before giving it back to me.

Sam is the BEST!! He fixed our back bumper twice in 2 years after each time we got rear-ended by silly Vancouver drivers. We had gone to his shop for a quote prior to these incidents after I accidentally damaged our own car on the side ??♀️ but we waited to get this repaired due to the cost. On our last visit (after 2nd fender bender), I was shocked to see he had patched up the damage caused by myself in addition to fixing up the back bumper once again like new. He did not charge but helped us out of the kindness of his own heart. We are forever grateful to Sam and his team for all their hard work!! Always great service and eye candy with his sexy Lamborghini parked out front ?

Mainland always have exceptional service!
We have used their service twice and they are really good at what they do.
Despite some hiccups of scheduling due to me being really busy at work, they are able to accommodate me.
I’m also grateful that the car was squeaky clean when I picked up coz I didn’t have time to clean?

Needed body and electrical repairs to my car after an accident. Our car dealership directed us to Mainland as their recommended car repair shop. Though there was some time in order for them to receive my parts (not really their issue), once the parts had arrived they were able to quickly book me in for an appointment. They also completed the work in short order (less than 2 days - when they stated a 3 day turnaround). Would recommend for a no fuss (and no frills) repair shop
