Low ball on prices (offering $10 for $200+ cards) when trying to sell and then tries to convince you that you're the stupid one for not knowing going rates. Ignoring the fact the offers are not even in the same ballpark, just how rude they were would make me never return.

Terrible terrible experience. The first sales rep we went to literally told us to find someone else because he was busy. Except... he was glued to his phone and just waved us off.
Second sales rep was just as bad, literally just threw our order at us, flung it like he was tossing the trash out. One of the items we were purchasing landed on the floor and we asked to switch it, and he said "It's all the freaking same!"
Insane how anyone can give this place 5 stars, crazy attitude problems.

One of the best local game stores I've been to. Discount on Games Workshop products, lots of events and nice staff. Huge inventory of paints, kits and everything in between. Highly, highly recommended.
