I recently purchased the Farren Agile-360 Down Coat with a Removable Hood. My primary concern is regarding the coat's performance in cold weather conditions, particularly in light of its advertised suitability for temperatures down to -10°C and design to be worn with light layers.1. Insulation Performance: Despite the coat's specifications for low temperatures, I experienced significant discomfort in temperatures ranging from -2°C to 8°C, even with substantial layering (including a heat tech long sleeve under layer, a thin knitted sweater, and a cashmere winter sweater) and all the way zipped up. The cold was immediately noticeable when I stepped outside, especially in the chest, side torso and upper arms. I could feel cool air seeping through these areas, particularly through the front zipper.2. Comparative Performance: I wore the North Face Arctic Parka under similar weather conditions to compare the level of warmth and protection from wind. The North Face Arctic Parka provided adequate warmth and protection from the cold with minimal layering. I continued to test wearing different sweaters in different weather conditions that would typically keep me warm but the Farren coat could not adequately insulate heat and protect from wind penetration.3. Durability Issues: I have also observed that after a few wears, the white feathers began to escape from the stitching, worsening with each use. This raises concerns about the coat's durability and quality, especially considering its price point over $1,000. I have not experienced this with other down/feather-filled coats. However, the main concern is the inadequate protection from the cold.It's undeniable that the fitting of the coat is truly flattering, and the light and stretchy material are positive aspects of the product. I was really hoping the product, not only looks and feels good, but also is functional as advertised.

Had a wonderful experience with Alex whom I believe is the store manager. Alex provided excellent customer care and attention. Very pleased with my purchase as I had debated on a few different styles and sizes. Alex was patient and provided great input based on my needs. I would recommend asking for Alex if you need help on selecting which style/size. You will be very well taken care of.

Worst customer service ever!Lifetime guarantee…..forget that!You have to pay for shipping to ship your jacket at your cost to get zipper change.No more from this brand ….Please do some research before buying from this company.Pay $1300 for jacket and you don’t receive any care after that.Buy from Canada goose or lululemon.

If you have not tried a Mackage Mask it is needed! The entire staff at the store had their Mackage Mask on and I was easily influenced. They told me the silver technology of the mask and all the functions and straps that come with the design. If you have not tried them I highly recommend

I was not aware that Mackage had a storefront as I was previously shopping for their jackets at Aritzia and Nordstrom. Happily surprised with the array of jackets that they carried in all styles parka to leathers. Even though I was overwhelmed with the boxing week commotions, Mackage did a great job of running their business in a covid friendly style. At no point did I feel unsafe as they had many safety precautions while still giving me full customer service! Will come again just for the staff!

I made a purchase online and wanted to do the return at store as outlined on the website as well as the paper packed with the jacket. The store refused to process the return, claims all purchases made online can only be returned my mail. I then chat with the customer service online. They then say the store can only process return if the item was regular priced and paid with credit card. It was not written anywhere on the website!!!! Will not buy again!!!!

I really appreciated the service I received from Sharon and Sara last week. I went into the store to try on sizes. They quickly grabbed the sizes and recommended 2 styles. They were patient and have a great eye!

Last week I dropped by the store as I was aware that Mackage has a sale going on and I got with the pleasant surprise of such a friendly staff. Sebastian and Alex helped me fiding a gift for my dad. 10/10 customer service and will definitely comeback to shop again.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me decide on a jacket that meets all my criterion. I am very pleased with the service at this location and I will definitely be shopping here again. I do recommend this location to other shoppers.

Definitely prefer this location over the one at McArthur Glen. They aren't as in your face and seem less pushy for sales. I like that Mackage is Canadian and the jackets are well made and use good materials for the cost.Sara was amazing she helped me with both my purchases. They didn't have my size and she ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my home. She even followed up afterwards to make sure I loved my jacket. When I mentioned I was interested in another she contacted me to let me know when they had it available in store. When I went in to try the second jacket another girl helped me because I could only go in on Sara's day off and that girl was lovely too. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I wasn't sold on the second jacket and wasn't made to feel like I wasted their time in fact she looked for similar options in their catalogue (that weren't available instore or online yet) and contacted me when they received them in store.
