Went to MAC today to get a colour match on 2 different foundation formulations that were new to me. Emma was professional, informative, and patient, and spent a lot of time with me, trying multiple shades and formulations, while respecting my preferences and while also providing a professional opinion. They also took the time to re-prime my face with each application and shared information about the products (textures, application methods, prep) and tools used, which I appreciated. We then tried a couple of different blush formulations and colours I was interested in. Emma was also super mindful of my skin sensitivity to fragranced products. I felt like a valued customer during my visit!

I was looking for a good coverage powder, so I went to MAC as they are my most trusted makeup store. They're consistent with makeup artists who are knowledgeable about application and all of their products. The products are of high quality, and the online skin match tool is spot on!!

I’ve been saving up my MAC eyebrow powder since I was 22 (2012). I finally had my six empty pots and gleefully went to get my freebie. They discontinued the Back to MAC program last year. I’ve been toting these pots around from house to house for 12 years… I will not be returning.

My shopping experience in store was decent, however they didn't have the items I wanted in store, and had to order on-line. When the item shipped (as I live out of town) the makeup insert (metal insert in plastic compact wasn't sitting flush/glued down) and now the bronzing powder split down the center. I phoned the store and the associate told me I have to return it to the store with the receipt within 30 days of purchase. I live 3.5 hours away and we don't have a MAC store in my city. Super unimpressed with the new packaging and the fact that this company has discontinued so many popular products including their old recycle program.

Absolutely horrible place.Aaron or Alex, one of the managers is extremely rude. I am following up with a written complaint and have already contacted head office. YUCK!!
