I spoke with Maria, she now manages this company. She was honest and quick to respond to my emails. Although there are a lot of people who are cramming to file taxes in her offive because of the federal benefits during covid, she kept her cool and she was quick to efile my taces. I also did my part being responsive to her emails and texts.I chose Maria and this company because of my coworker whose parents have been using their services for many many years. I am glad I did. I will definitely use their services again and will refer clients.

Do yourself a favour and find another tax service. Whether or not we are in a pandemic, learn how to treat others with respect. The ladies who work here are incredibly RUDE and do not know how to treat their clientele. Service is terrible and if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. No one owes you a favour and paying $40 is not worth getting yelled at!!!

Learn how to adapt with the situation. Covid or without covid, clients don’t owe you anything if you’re doing them a favor. We can easily switch our business as there a number of tax services around the area. Don’t give us attitude coz you easily shoo away loyal client when you do so.

My family has been doing taxes here for years. However, my first encounter with them was not so pleasant. Due to the pandemic, there are signs outside displaying "Please stay 6 feet apart." There are no additional signs of where to stand or what to do when you arrive. The ladies here fail to come outside when they see you. I've never been to the place myself so I was trying to get their attention. The lady waves at me, which I thought was a signal to come in. I opened the door and the lady points at the sign saying "Do you not see the sign?" Excuse me? What does staying six feet apart have to do with opening the door? The lady after me did the exact same thing and treated her the same way. If there are individuals who are actually READING your signs and still do not understand, then your signs aren't working. Having a sign that says "Please stay 6 feet apart," refers to social distancing, but if you don't want people entering your office, then maybe have a sign that says so. FYI there are other tax services these days and many are starting to do their own. It's not worth paying $40 for a service for you to get yelled at and get treated poorly. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.
