The assistant manager, Luna, gave me the most incredible service. I had just broken my wrist of the day prior and I was in a lot of pain, but I really needed some new products so I popped into the store quickly to take inventory so I could come back a couple of days later to purchase the products.
I let her know what I did and did not like, and she quickly pointed me in the right direction and showed me the perfect products. One of which was the Beetlejuice body wash and oh my gosh it smells like grape candy and I’m obsessed with it!! Let her know I’ll be back in a couple of days to purchase the products and she gave me a couple of samples and said just make sure you love them and come back in a couple of days and if you still love them, then purchase the full bottles! I used the products for the next two days and was still madly in love with them and I came back in a few days later and one of her coworkers helped me out and I’m just so grateful that she looked after me and gave me above and beyond service.
I was in so much pain and the meds were barely working, and I left the store with happy tears because it had been such a horrible week and Luna made me feel so much better about things

Went in to get a perfume and had an amazing experience !! I definitely took my time figuring out what I wanted and the person working was SO KIND, helpful and patient. 100/10 would come back, thank you for making my day so much better ? ? and the staff person had the best tattoos, sorry I didn’t catch your name but you rock ✨?
I got the Perfume Lust and American Cream and they are ridiculously long lasting, very worth it !!

"OMG, let me tell you about my incredible visit to Lush! The staff there were seriously the best. From the moment I walked in, they were like super helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and needs, which made me feel so seen and heard. And let me tell you, their product recommendations were spot on! They knew exactly what would work for me and helped me find the perfect products.
Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were also the kindest staff I've encountered at Lush throughout all the stores in Vancouver. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. It's like they genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted me to leave with a smile on my face.
The whole atmosphere in the store was so inviting and cozy. It felt like a haven for self-care. And can we talk about the scents? Ah-mazing! It was like stepping into a floral paradise. I couldn't resist picking up a few extra goodies because everything smelled so incredible.
I left Lush feeling like a million bucks. The products I purchased have been a game-changer for my skin. I've seen such a positive difference since using them. And it's all thanks to the amazing guidance and assistance I received from the kindest staff at Lush.
If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like royalty and find the perfect products for your needs, Lush is the place to go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their amazing range! Ps. Remember to ask for a sample!

Grief is a weird thing, it creeps up on you when you least expect it.My mom was a big fan of the Dragon’s Egg bath bomb, she used to put it in our bathroom all the time.So, even though it’s been 3 years since she passed, I didn’t think I would unexpectedly break down in tears when I heard that it was discontinued.So I want to extend my most sincere thank you to one of the employees at this Lush location, when she saw me suddenly become a bawling, panicking mess when I couldn’t find Dragon’s Egg in store anymore, she was so empathetic and understanding of my unexpected emotions. She comforted a very much embarrassed and distressed me, and told me it’s okay to feel what I’m feeling. Moments later, she returned with one of the last Dragon’s Egg bath bombs from the back room, and told me I could hold on to this one for memories.Grief is a weird thing, it creeps up on you when you least expect itBut so does the goodness in people.

My daughter had her 9th birthday at this location and it was such a great experience and worth the money! Loved that my daughter was able to customize her experience from the activities, vibe, and gifts. The two lead staff, Lisa and Carla, were amazing with the kids by getting to know them and engaging them with lots of cool facts. Top drawer experience and highly recommend!

I was in Van for a very stressful medical appointment and absolutely nothing went right on my trip, but the staff working (I wish I had got their names) the evening on Nov 28th were absolutely amazing. They made a very stressful day end on a good note and were insanely helpful. They even threw in a surprise sample of yog nog shower gel at the register so I could try it, since I had no room in my carry on for an actual bottle.Keep up the amazing work, you guys rock

Getting an early start on my Xmas shopping yesterday and this is my go to location. The staff is welcoming and readily available to offer assistance. Jimmy was particularly helpful and recommended some lovely products and Mia was efficient and friendly when it came time to pay. I love the customer experience !!!

Today's visit was so lovely, and feel compelled to share my experience. Nona, who assisted me, was exceptional. She exhibited kindness, provided valuable information, and was always ready to lend a hand.What makes this Lush location truly remarkable, however, is the consistently outstanding team. Notably, Monica, Zulma, and Megumi have always gone above and beyond to ensure a great experience.But it's not just me who's thrilled with the service. My mom is absolutely delighted with the lip product Nona recommended. Nona’s product knowledge ..wow! amazing.It's worth mentioning that I also have the privilege of working for Lush in a different capacity, but the exceptional service I receive here as customer stands out above all else. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming and memorable atmosphere! I look forward to my next visit! xx
