Wow, I stumbled upon this dealership and had such an amazing experience with them. The manager Sam was very kind and also professional, he found me a suitable vehicle that was economical for my little family's needs. With little automotive experience I was stuck on the highway 1.5 away from the dealership and called Sam very upset and feeling helpless. This man drove up to my exact location with a mechanic and a loaner car to boot. The car issue I had experienced was very minor, but it spoke character and honesty about this dealership. I have been given instructions for car care and upkeep from the manager and also a follow up phone call. Great place great people highly recommended

Purchased a car from them but impossible to get the warranty. Said they "forgot to file" the paperwork. Had to resend documents they would have had. I followed up multiple times and was told it's being done but never got anything. Also took a car for a test drive but it ran out of gas.

Their BBB rating is very low BE AWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL NOT BE PROTECTED UNDER ANY WARRANTY. There is rumours of a class action lawsuit forming against this business and other nefarious scam based car dealerships. If you plan to purchase make sure you bring your mechanic and a car reader. These vehicles are all mechanically problematic and I will be filing a violation with the MOTI as they are actively unplugging WARNING SENSORS then state the vehicle is fixed. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND BEYOND UNSAFE AND CAN LAND JAIL TIME. If you bought a vehicle from here get in touch with a lawyer asap and get your lawsuit ready. This business run by scammers will be gone from our nation soon enough. BBB rating - my review -10 out of 10. Dirty men running a scam barely selling anything decent to decent people who are unknowingly buying salvage titles and rebuilds.

Never do business here. I had them send me a bill of sale which I signed. Showed up the next day with a certified cheque to pay for the vehicle in full and they told me they sold it already. Terrible business men who are very unprofessional. Place even looks like a scumbag runs it. Will not ever be returning

BE CAREFUL ABOUT THEIR WORDINGS.They tried to tangle me up in words for a deal. I talked with Saied over the phone and he said he can pay me X-amount of money for my existing car which had lien on it. i was happy with the offer. I WENT THERE FROM VICTORIA.Upon arrival I meet Sultan. I was looking for audi Q5 hybrid.Sultan gave me a deal saying I only have to pay 1,000$. More on price of Audi because The car I already had is worth less then what I owed.Sultan promised me some above said deal so I just wanted to confirm with owner saied. And boom, I came to know I have to pay not 1000$ but 7000$ because now my car worths 6000$ less only in 1hour of time period. He said the car has a scratch on rear bumper.I have paint protection warranty which he did not wanted to consider.I was just about to sign the car transfer paper but luckily I did not.Between saied and sultan there was an immense confusion which led me not to deal with them and go back to Victoria empty handed because of this fake promises.

I went looking for a suv and Sam showed me couple of BMW and also an Mercedes Benz, I did try both and then he told me to take it to my mechanic shop then if everything is good buy it. Sam is very nice guy and really good at his profession, so happy to go there and find my car. My whole family love the car.

Very sketchy business. Made a appointment to look at a vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment this vehicle was all in pieces…supposedly for a “tune up”. Other parts were missing, car was far from clean. Torn seats, interior damage, body damage. This was listed as Burnaby, but was a business in Vancouver!! Be VERY carefull.

They sold me a vehicle with a tire pressure warning on. Thinking it needs air. Nope the TPM sensor is broken. They make me come 4 or 5 times killing my time and burning my gas just to say come another day. When I insisted on repair, they make me pay for the repair labour and cost to mechanic, promising they would pay me back asap. When I call them to pay my money back Matthew said I will pay tomorrow and it gone on and on for 6 months. Today I decided go to the dealer and start yelling so then I might get my money back. But he paid with by saying he did me a favor. Well thank you. I hope no one would ever shop again here.NoteAlso instead of fixing the issue he Matthew disconnected the tpm light from dashboard in the beginning. This alone will get him in trouble with authority but I am being nice about it, despite calling me disrespectful for being frustrated.He is still bragging and arguing that he gave me my money. "My freaking own money.... Really! Stop bragging about it when I spent half a tank a gas coming. Also you lied to me that van has half a tank of gas in it. It was empty when I signed the papers.
