Had just started to use this pharmacy recently and found the staff was always friendly and willing to answer any questions I had, however ny reason for the 5 stars is to recognize Kelly who went above and beyond, I had caught her on her way out 1. 5 hours after closing (did not realize they close early on Sat) told her I was out of medication and with it being a long weekend, she asked me to wait and she would fill my RX, Thank you so much to Low Cost Western Pharmacy for having such a star employee and especially a huge thank you to Kelly for stepping up and looking after me and my health

Pharmacy and staff are amazing, always nice, kind and willing to help. The store is always clean, shelves filled and with good stuff. Staff is amazing as well.

Polite, friendly and knowledgeable pharmacists with great patience and customer service skills. Explain in great details for drug use and even the sickness being treated. Over the phone inquiries regarding reaction after drug use are also answered thoroughly. Thank you Low-Cost Western Pharmacy. It is great to have you in my neighborhood.

Just discovered this pharmacy. They’re so mich faster than London Drugs next door. Just come here my prescription done in 5 min. Took london drugs 3 days and 30 min line up just to speak to someone there.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Going to a big chain pharmacy is such a pain: they are too slow (sometimes having to come back the next day to pickup perscription), and they gouge with their pricing and fees. We finally got fedup and looked for an alternative. Came across Low-Cost Western Pharmacy and have been with them ever since! Low-Cost Western Pharmacy is a family run business, they get to know you on a personal level, they are extremely knowledgeable, they are always available for consultations and to discuss various medications as well as their side effects, efficacies/dosages, and conflicts, they don't gouge nor charge exhorbitant fees, and they fill perscriptions immediately. I can't say enough good things about them! A+
