Paid $290 for a frame where i had to wait 3 weeks to later send it back and get the mat fixed ( another week) as it was not cut right. Yes, the mat was replaced without additional cost but my time spent on sending the pictures, following up with the owner and pick it up at the store ( twice) could’ve been avoided if the error was noticed earlier. Definitely not a 5 star!

I have had a few pieces framed by the staff here and this is definitely my go to place to get any of my priceless memorabilia framed. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality work by the best people! I have always had some special requests and things that have needed accommodation and some more challenging things to frame and they have handled it impeccably. I am super happy with all my pieces so far. Look no further and go check this space out! its pretty cool and worth a visit.Edit: added some photos. The one with the white matte I asked them to dirty the matte so it went along with the theme of the live concerts the album was signed at. The one with the burnt matte was actually burnt. The really long one has fishing lines holding it in place along with some supporting structure that had to be created to hold the album in place. No glue. Photos don’t do them justice. They all look beautiful!

Best framer I’ve ever used. They know their stuff. Helped me select frames and materials that made my artwork really “Pop”. I get compliments from house guests when they look at the framed artwork…I never got that when using other placesIf you care about what is being framed go see Lost Lagoon. You’ll be seriously impressed with the end product
