Absolutely amazing customer service from Wesley Foulds! To the parts department itself as well. First place to quote me an estimated time for parts to be delivered and they were actually early!
Wesley went above and beyond to make the transaction seem less. If needed (hopefully not) I would definitely use this location!

Was treated fairly rudly and profiled like some common shoplifter the entire time I was in this store. Not to mention the fact that I would've loved to purchase some things here but I cannot support a business that treats people like that based on appearance alone

Over the phone, the wait time is sometimes 15 mins, not to mention they are very rude over the phone, I stood outside the store called them and they made me wait over 10 mins and were just chilling and talking to each other.. get to work bro and answer the freaking phone, your parts are expensive but you have no respect for customers

Austin at the Manitoba and SW Marine Dr location is a legend!!!! Came in to buy a bunch of parts and accidentally locked my keys in my car (so embarrassing), but he knew exactly what to do and saved the day! All the guys there were super friendly and knowledgeable and literally saved my day. Will definitely be going back, they went above and beyond for a customer!!! THANK YOU!

Me and my friend visited the branch on Kingsway Burnaby trying to get two bottles of spray paint in the morning, staff hardly paid attention to us and just told us to wait and kept us waiting there for almost half an hour for nothing. Finally left for the lordco on SW marine drive and we got full smiling faces from all the staff there and excellent prompt service. Will definitely only visit that branch in the future! Sorry to say the store on Kingsway is a total failure.
