The guy at the photo counter is obtuse and takes literally 10 minutes to find a package.
The security guards are creepy and follow me around the store.

You guys need to change your staff completely! The worst staff and pathetic customer service ever seen in my life including few manager on floor especially after 2pm including today’s manager! If there was option to rate negative I would’ve done it without a second thought!!!

Commenting on their passport photo services for babies. If your baby can't sit up in the baby chair, your photos will be rejected by the passport office! We took two sets for our 2 month old baby (lying down on a flimsy transparentish white sheet) and both were rejected. Passport office said London Drugs photos for babies are no good. Just to go to a professional studio.

Your pharmacist here (6/15 @ 5:35ish) is useless & inconsiderate. There was absolutely no line and I came up to ask a question. She doesn’t even look up because she’s busy- “one minute”. I waited a few and left. Can’t multi-task to help a customer? This is what is wrong with this city. Everyone is all about themselves.

So great! I was in a panic after dropping a gym weight on my iPhone this morning and the screen went black...thinking it would take days to fix at the Apple store, I dropped by LD Vancouver House and a super friendly, professiona, and speedy Dino D had it fixed in a couple of hours (and thx to applecare, whew). I was soo happy to get it back and he spent a lot of time helping me with the best service ever. Scott

I'm a disabled military veteran and have a service dog that escorts me wherever I go. On more than one occasion the same staff member said no dogs allowed in the store. I explained to her that she is a service animal for my disability and her response was a very sarcastic "I'm sure she is". When I asked what did you say to me and she responded with " nothing ".
Terrible attitude in general at that location!!

Was excited to have a closer store than Shoppers. Unfortunately my experience is that they are out of stuff or closed early. Hopefully things will get better in the coming year. Recommend to go to Shoppers on Drake and Seymour instead.

The employees are rude and not helpful at all, seem to resent their jobs.
Got an alarm clock online, the light function didn't work - when I told the employee this they seemed hesitant to believe me for some reason, I returned it in store and ordered a new one, after picking the new one up, I opened it and saw it was the exact one I returned!!! Super annoying. I now have a defective alarm clock without a functional night light.
Another time I came to pick an online order up, a manager came to tell the person helping me to go on break TOTALLY disregarding my presence and that he was in the middle of helping me. He awkwardly got another person to step in as the manager stood there laughing at something on her phone, asking other employees to look at her phone with her, all in front of me standing there unacknowledged and bewildered.
Then I asked them to apply my LD points to the purchase and they curtly told me it wasn't possible with online purchases. So I told him to refund my purchase and re-scan so I could get my points - it worked, not sure why I had to be the one to think outside the box to do their jobs. They don't care about people apparently.

Horrible service at the service desk today, racist idiots who don’t even know how to process fexiti payments, looking at me like i am speaking another language. These guys get the job? Seriously? Maz and whoever is the manager. Urghh waited over an hour for the manager and he comes in n asks is it necessary to pay with this card? Like ? paid otherwise with my regular card, coz even though they have flexiti written all over their store, NOBODY knows what it is, just horrible!
