The two times I went to London Drugs here to get my vaccine, I had amazing customer service!
They went above and beyond the first time and squeezed me in because I had an injury and needed a vaccine right away but clinics were closed due to long weekend. I usually don’t like medical appointments but the two pharmacists there made me feel at ease and not stressed. They were kind, professional and I am so thankful! I highly recommend them!

Yesterday I visit London Drugs for my skin care ,And the Girl who is working there her name Erika.s she is makeup manager, she helps me alot to find best products for my sensitive skin,Her patience level very high she spend lot of time for me explain me everything about products which is good for me ,I Really like and appreciate her ,Thanku Eticka for help me ??

This is a review for the electronics department at the store. I purchased all the components for my home theatre (1 x amp, 8 x speakers, oled tv) as well as several accessories like surge protectors, flash drives, cables and other miscellaneous items. Cailean W. helped me through my entire shopping experience. He consulted me on my space, identified and showcased products that would suit me, gave me different pricing options, coordinated delivery and install, and also did a house visit when I needed some troubleshooting. This level of service was exemplary and I would recommend London Drugs for all your pro audio needs. They are also able to procure higher end audio like Klipsch Reference Series so I could have the best options for my space. Thanks again Cailean, and thank you London Drugs!

Great selection of products and good size store. You do have to pay for parking, and street parking is very limited right now due to years of construction going on with the trainsit line. Large electronic department and large cosmetics as well.This location also has insurance counter. Hours are good and store is usually stocked well.

Terrible service! last sunday i accidently dropped my wallet at the canadapost in this location. i was so terrfied and frightened since all my ID and Credit card are possiable lost forever but there is no contact number at this canada post location so i have to call the London drugs broadway to help me if possible to check. first the lady answered the phone and transfer the call to the post office but somehow no one answer and phone is cut off, so i have to call again. but now the phone line at london drugs either no one answer, directly cut off, or directly transfered to canada post and then cut off. after 10 to 20 minute finally they answer and asking if i am still looking the"water bottle!?" once i told them i am looking for wallet again they finally understand and told me the canada post lady was on the break and ask me to call back after 15 minute. guess what? after i called back what they asked, they also directly cut off my call!!!!! WHAT A GREAT SERVICE!!!!! if you lost someting at this location dont think they will help you!!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER~!!!!!!!!!!

My wife went there today to purchase a Pixel 8 phone, and the salespeople tried to convince her to buy an iphone 13 or 14 instead. She had to walk away, they were not interested in selling her what she specifically wanted.

Sergio in the Computer Repair Center is AMAZING. Honestly, the best computer service I have ever received. He gave me highly insightful information that helped me save $1000, as well as personalized tips for how to improve the functionality of my macbook. I can't recommend his service enough! Thank you Cailean in the tech dept area for saving the day for me with a phone charger issue. I had to travel 2000km today and spend a good chunk of time in Vancouver so having my phone for navigation was vital. You're a Rockstar!

The problem with the pharmacy here isn't really the pharmacy itself so much as the customers; however, I strongly feel that it is still the responsibility of staff and management to reign these people in. If the sign says "PRESCRIPTION PICKUP ONLY," for the love of god, please stop entertaining every tom dick and/or harry who wanders through looking for a price check or checkout on regular grocery items, has an unrelated question, is asking for directions, just wants to chat, etc, etc etc. I personally don't believe anyone who is not actively PICKING UP A PRESCRIPTION belongs at this window ever, and it is frankly getting out of control. If you don't know what your prescription is for, whether or not your doctor faxed it in, whether or not it is ready, whether or not your insurance covers it, whether or not any record of this prescription even exists: this is not the right line to be in. You need to call your doctor. Figure it out, sign up for text alerts from the pharmacy, and stay home until it is time to come and collect it.
Many customers are coming in to grab their prescription on their lunch breaks at work, or before picking up their kids from school, or otherwise have a very limited time window in which to complete this type of errand. Why make life horrible for everyone else in line because you didn't feel like making a phone call or googling something? More importantly, why does the pharmacy tolerate this behaviour? Staff might think they are doing the right thing by humouring the bored/lost/confused all day, but really you are just screwing over everyone else who took the time to read a sign and take responsibility for their own health. I sincerely hope the pharmacy takes this into consideration, as it can only improve their own working conditions and ensure that everything runs smoothly and quickly for paying customers. If not, I personally don't mind taking my "dispense fee" over to SDM or Superstore. Anyway, just something to think about

So I ask for a raincheck on a product which is on sale and I'm told I can't get the raincheck because the product is out of stock, but why else would I need a raincheck and why else does a raincheck exist!!!!!!
