Excellent communication from the (new?) manager. Looking at the comments, I think there was a management change starting a couple months ago, so things will turn around at this location. Looking forward to next time I shop there and having a much better experience.

Despite the initial issue with my film. The manager, Srikar, was not only patient but also provided valuable insight into why the film might have been exposed during my travels. It’s great that now I understand the precautions to take in the future to ensure my film gets developed properly. This kind of attentive customer service really makes a difference!

I am officially done with London Drugs. Today was it. The young staff are rude, indifferent and don't really want to be there. Pointing a finger as to where a product is and throwing change and receipts is not really customer service. I am paying Whole Foods prices with Walmart service - I will just bypass LD and go to Walmart. At least I know I am getting lower prices and the staff's behaviour is expected. I know my spending will not break the bank of a billion $ private corporation, so there is no need to reply with the same standard response - actions have spoken louder.

Photolab is good for passport photos but pretty bad for everything else. I say this as someone who's been a customer for 3.5years. They are so inconsistent. I've got measurements for photos for embassies wrong, haven't even got a refund for their screw up, photos come out too dark because they don't know how to light it correctly. Ended up doing it multiple times and going multiple times to get their mistake corrected. Since they work in shifts they don't even want to acknowledge their department made a mistake. Just give yourself some peace of mind and go to the one near Burrard. Would have given it a 1 star if not for the other good employees.

A very discriminatory experience at this location with a "supervisor" named AJ. We went to get a price match for our $300+ vitamin purchase made a week or so ago. First, AJ glanced at our receipt and said, "It's from May 7th and you want to price match?" When I corrected him, he looked again and condescendingly said, "Oh, okay, it's July 5th."
He then refused to price match, insisting that we bring back every single bottle of vitamins because he "couldn't be sure" we actually purchased them. I explained that we've done this with just the receipt and matching credit card for years, but he rudely stated, "No one should have done that. I don't know who would do that. It is policy for price matching; customers must bring the product back, otherwise, LD can't be sure we actually made the purchase." We felt we were being treated like lowlifes trying to cheat the store.
I immediately called LD customer service outside, and Kathy was very helpful. She instructed me to go back to the store and let her speak with "supervisor AJ." When I returned, AJ continued to give me attitude and did not admit his mistake. He then acted as he was helping us just out of his courtesy, without any apology, while treating other non-Asian customers very nicely. Yes we got your message AJ.
We've lived in Olympic Village for over 10 years, and this is the first time we've experienced such blatant ill-manner and disdain. He is a "supervisor" so he is either extremely incompetent as he did not know about his own policy or extremely discriminative. Not sure how many honest customers got turned away by him and troubled to get what was meant to be a great customer service policy. Disgraceful.

Self checkout here is a terrible mess and designed poorly, seriously avoid. They expect every item to weigh a certain amount as it is checked so if you have your own bag it makes you wait for a non existent service person to come over. It is trying to educate you on how the urge to shoplift feels

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful over there. They made sure my passport photos met all the requirements, and the whole process was stress-free. I really approached with my bad experience at shoppers as the photo quality is very bad,but a guy in white shirt made sure that i was totally satisfied with the image, he made sure i like the photo and then only got it printed. Will definitely come back for future needs. I was also told that my passport photo was guaranteed so i left the place with my photos in peace.

It’s really nice having a photoshop here, but the guy who works in the room needs attitude adjustment training. Letting a customer sit there waiting at a window while he does whatever he’s doing for a few minutes without any interaction and then not polite to deal with is not something I want to come back to.

Elevator to parkade not working today. If you park there, will need a car at ramp entrance so that gate will open, otherwise no way to get back to car. Hopefully fixed soon! London drugs staff will not be able to help as they say they have nothing to do with the parking. Maybe a sign at London Drugs to let customers be aware if this happens again?

Got the greatest service from Ernie when trying to get a fuji wide 300, gave a detailed instruction on the warranty and help me test the camera. Can’t appreciate it more!
