I really hate how security/staff hovers over you when you're purchasing something. I usually don't shop here because of this reason, even though it's next to where I live. I recommend other people not to shop here because even though prices have gone up I still won't steal anything, but here they assume you do anyways.

Compared to my favourite location, on David street, where the service is near perfect and made up rules don’t exist, I would have to complain about these very things for the Robson London drugs
They refuse to sell locked carrier phones, which is no only against London drugs policy but against the new CRYC laws as of 5+ years ago. The break this rule to Maximus commission potential based on cellphone stock capacity.
They refuse to price match many places which are considered eligible formprice match. I’ve looked into it.
For this her reason of blatant law breaking for the sake of products, combined with a rude tone and attitude by employees when questioned, I could not recommend this location for anything besides maybe some of the good tech advice

I used to shop here regularly until about a year ago, when I started encountering some rude staff members at the front counter. I'm not sure why management put them there because they're not very good ambassadors for London Drugs. One notable exception is Rachel; she's one of the few reasons I come back to the store. She's always very friendly and makes me feel better when I'm having a bad day. When she's working in other departments, she goes out of her way to help me select the right products. I notice that other customers appreciate her attentiveness, too. Richard and Juanita (I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly) are also fantastic staff members; I wish others could be more like them.

Staffs were friendly and very helpful when i needed to process a refund for a wrong charge few days ago. Had a great shopping experience :)

Sheduled an apple appointment 4 days in advance for a clients macbook. i show up, and there was no apple tech, he was sick. well, they didn't cancel my appointment, so i showed up just to be disappointed that i went all the way there for nothing. i ended up going to the apple store a few blocks away with no appointment, and it was awesome! i recommend everyone go there instead for apple related things.

Really like the staff here. Every time I can't find an item I need, they politely help me by walking me to the item itself! Special thanks to one employee , who helps us every time and knows every item they have in the store and in stock

I order online of DJI camera in this branch (Robson-london),.with all the ordered number, pick up detail and address. The next day I went to to the store to pick up. I travel very far by train and with heavy rain, just to pick up the product and only to know they sell the product. They're telling me my order got error?, how does it happen, I have all my paper printed out for proof, they just cancel my order. They didn't even call me or email me just to inform that product is gone already. These store is very worst. Please train your people. Be nice to your customer, I've wasted my time and effort going there. So frustrated very much :(
