Worst electronics employee. We came in looking for case for an iPad Air 11inch and he straight up gaslit me saying that iPad doesn’t exist?? Then started asking me if I paid $2000 for it. Ridiculous behaviour.

Consistent service. But the pharmacy tends to be on the slow end side. Expect to wait at least an hour to get your prescription filled.

It's very depressing. Based on the location, I can't blame them. However I still feel uneasy with the staff. I know they are on the defense but compared to Nesters across the way, I can't help comparing the two. They also appear to not have as many products as other London Drug locations. This location is good for when there is a good deal, but I wouldn't go for any other reason.

I really appreciate the kind service I received from the beauty advisor at this location (Unfortunately I did not get her name, she has platinum hair with black streaks). She went above and beyond to help me with the product and I can feel she truly cares about her customers. If you can see this review, thank you so much!

I can't return stuff here even 20 minutes after I bought it and I haven't taken it out of the bag yet. But I just took it to Grandville and all is well. But the staff sucks, they are the least knowledgeable people in their fields and can do little more than their little younger siblings we call kiosks. However, it is the only place in town I can get my favorite Ronson flameless torch. So, there's that..
Well he did get back to me in a general kind of way. Because I'm not the OCD type to hang onto every rejected receipt, I couldn't give time and date of the incident, thus negating any accountability on their part. If they want to truly fix it, I'm an LD Card Holder or whatever and my number and email are current. Man Up

A good variety of products. Two full floors of well stocked and organized shelves. The pharmacy is in the back of the store. The store will cover most of your basic needs in the area of grooming, laundry and cleaning supplies, snacks with ready to be made meals, candies, baby foods, pet foods, drinks with juices, electronics, TVs, phones,cameras, simple office supplies, make up, perfumes, creams, health supplies, gift cards and seasonal supplies, some simple furniture. The staff is helpful and polite.
