Employees at the film lab have no idea what is going on. I had an employee today tell me that slide film and colour negative film were the same when I went to drop off multiple rolls. I took my film rolls back.

The photo department sales man/manager is super rude. He literally said we don't click anymore photos not only here but at all the other locations as well while rolling his eyes and staring at me which makes you feel insulting. The next day I went to the Granville location and the lady took my photo and printed right away. She was surprised to know that this location's staff is misleading to the customers. Basically being rude, insulting and misleading customers is their way of customer service at this location.

I wish I’d read the other reviews before switching my prescriptions here. At least it’s not personal but very concerned - 5 days to fill an easy prescription. The pharmacist is polite and no issues with his demeanour but the pharmacist assistants - especially one who is so rude and glared at me as if I was bothering her. Doesn’t acknowledge or smile or even try to be polite and this was from day one when I was just coming in to inquire about prescriptions, even before there were any issues. I am not sure how she isn’t fired. If you don’t like your job, quit.

I go out of my way to make this where I buy stuff. They have actual real cashiers!!! Who are lovely. I feel like this store is part of our community. Not like soulless Shoppers Drug Mart. Make the switch!!!?

If you don't need to use this pharmacy I would definitely not come here ever. Its always too busy and understaffed, as well it closes super early. Very long wait times just to talk to a pharmacist about anything.

Not a big fan of the staff here. The location is very convenient for me so I keep coming but I always seem to have a problem.
Sometimes their system is not working and they charge my card multiple times, or they don't scan all the items and then ask me to come back to scan them again. They also have scanned one item several times and then they get confused deleting the extra entries. All of this done without much customer service. It's their problem but somehow I annoy them for giving them the extra work...
I also had an issue with the printing services. I made a customized order and they made it wrong, ruining a surprise gift. Update on that customized order: the keychain broke in less than a month.
To be fair, in all occasions, they did end up solving the problem/replacing the item/refunding the money (hence the 2 stars) but not without giving me an unnecessary headache.
Will try to avoid this store and go to other london drugs locations.

I came in yesterday on the night of the fireworks so it was really busy, I needed a portable charger and Edgar provided me with the best customer service! He was so kind and friendly, my friends and I really appreciated his help.

Doors closed and locked at 7:58pm on Sunday. Suggest you update your hours to accurately reflect the situation. Warn any last minute shoppers that you close prior to 8pm as you advertise. Shoppers drug mart is just down Denman street and would have saved me the trip.

Great, peaceful shopping experience at the only store in Vancouver where I can find 'So Cozy Kids Leave-In Treatment.' I use it before going to the swimming pool to protect my hair from the chlorine before my workout. Thank you, London Drugs on Davie street!
