I would like to write this review commending the pharmacy team and especially the gentleman called sayed. A couple of days ago, my mother called in to have a prescription ready and he spoke to sayed who made quite the nice impression on her. Later when I came to pick up the prescription for her myself, I met him and had a very pleasant interaction which made me appreciate the professionalism and the attitude of the pharmacy as a whole. London drugs might have all one needs, but their pharmacy stays true to the core!

Needed passport photos. My son's printed ones were quite dark. Garen, the CS staff, offered to reprint another 2 with different lighting. He said he wasn't sure if the passport office would accept the lighter ones as there was a bit of a reflection. Nonetheless, he printed the extra set free of charge. He said he didn't want us to come back if the photos were rejected. Awesome customer experience. Keep it up!

I had a family photo done on canvas wrap and Cecelia and Ken in the Photolab spent extra time with me and were very professional to make sure it turned out perfect. I think they deserve to be recognized for the great customer service provided. I am one happy LD Kerrisdale customer !!

My father has had to stop by the pharmacy a few times lately and Sophia C, the pharmacy manager has been a tremendous help. Sophia was kind, patient, and professional even though my father couldn't speak English too well. I hope the company knows how valuable of an employee you are. Thank you Sophia for your outstanding customer service, we really appreciate you!

Photo service was convenient. I just uploaded the photo that I wanted to be printed, then select London Drugs closest for you for the pick up. My photo was ready like in 1-2 hours time. Happy!

I had a bad experience with customer service on Sunday morning. After taking passport photos at the Dunbar location the day before, I was worried my photo would be rejected as my shoulders were really uneven and I have a trip planned soon. When I visited the Kerrisdale location, the staff member refused to help and insisted I return to Dunbar to retake the photo. I was walking towards the exit to leave, but my frustration led me to turn back and I asked why I needed to go to another store when I was already there. After some hesitation, she reluctantly agreed to retake the photo.
Afterwards she wrote on the receipt and the pouch that the photos were retaken in big letters, it felt a bit passive-aggressive after the whole kerfuffle. While I appreciate that she ultimately assisted me, the overall experience was stressful, and I'll look for other options for passport photos for me and my family in the future.

I purchased a PürAthletics Textured Foam Roller from London Drugs in Kerrisdale, and after only 36 days of occasional use, it broke while I was gently massaging my legs. Despite not using it for anything beyond its intended purpose, the roller's internal plastic piece shattered. London Drugs refused to refund or replace the product, showing a lack of accountability for the poor quality item they sell. I strongly advise against purchasing this brand and suggest reconsidering the reliability of products from London Drugs. Disappointed with their customer service.

We got our disposable cameras from our wedding developed and they were quite rushed… parts of the photos were cut off and while they got back to us SO quickly… within an hour, but that made it a bit more evident that there wasn’t a ton of attention given. A bit chaotic inside the store as well. 3 stars instead of 2 because turnaround time was nice.

I love shopping at London drugs I think they're a great place to shop
I wish they would lower their prices a little bit because they're a tad on the high side
I hate the fact that you have to pay for bags there
But I don't like is when they argue with you
I asked A rain check
I wanted to get A check for me and a check for my dad
They said they could only give me one rain check
I told them I'm a personal shopper and that is what I do for a living and I also have another customer that wanted a rain check for this particular item they would only give me one so now I have to disappoint 2 customers
I could have just turned around and walked back in or gone through customer service to get another one that makes poor customer service when they won't give you a rain check for another person
The other person was sitting in the car and his handicapped so they couldn't come in

Price match was refused after the cashier Goli E. took several minutes to check the product image on Walmart website, and she said the bleach didn’t COMPLETELY match the image on Walmart website. Tho the bleach didn’t even match its own product image on the London Drugs website.
London Drugs and Walmart websites use the same image for this bleach. I don’t see how price match policy can work when online images are different from the actual products.

I have purchased everything from toiletries to a laptop here. Been going for over 23 years. Family owned chain store which originated in Vancouver. Good loyalty program with birthday $5 voucher. Much less expensive than Shoppers (SDM), Pharmasave, and Rexall. Shop local! Home delivery is very efficient.
