I've always enjoyed the selection, service and competitive prices at LD although I think most people would agree that this location's pain point is the checkout. There are 4 checkouts but 3 are just for show.

Cashier told me that if I bought extended warranty for a product that after 10 visits I would receive a $20 voucher. Turns out it was incorrect and there is no such current promotion. I went back and she admitted that she did tell me about the $20 voucher promo and she still thought that promo was valid. Supervisor would not honor the promo and said to me that the employee is "old and confused". Supervisor did say I could get refunded for the extended warranty but had to come back next day and since she was not there next day, I would need to explain the entire situation again to another supervisor/manager, instead of her leaving a note explaining the situation that I already explained to her. Such poor customer service.
UPDATE (after seeing owner's reply) - before leaving the store I had left my name and phone number with customer service, who said the manager was on break and would give me a call when they got back. I never heard back from anyone, most likely nobody cared enough to pass on my number or the manager didn't care enough to call. He's welcome to call me anytime, but they'll have to find the number I left as I'm not gonna waste any more of my energy.

My photos got dirty because of the ink. I came back to ask for fixing with the receipt as what they told me to do.
I forgot the person’s name. Its the white guy with curly hair and glass. I asked if they just can reprint my photos again. He rejected and said he doesn’t want to waste time and kept picking me up to stop my questions. I asked to talk to the person who took the photo for me because I believe he will be more professional and he is. I think his name is Robert. He came and explained to me why and what they would do, etc. right in front of that person. Thats just what I want to hear and know. Not bad customer service like the other person did give.

The guy who looks like Ryan Stiles is lazy and slow. He did the passport photo for my child and then gave it to the East Indian guy to do the trimming. The Indian said it's not his department to do any of the passport photos, so he said Ryan should have done the cutting. The next day, I applied for a passport, and Service Canada said the photo was too small. Always come here for my family to have all our passport photos. Not anymore

The worst London drug I ever seen in my life
They wasted my time for more than 2 days because my doctor prescribed a once-a-day pill, and they weren't sure. I went to London Drugs for 2 days, waited for more than 1 hour, and did not receive my medication, which is just a pill for stomach ache that the doctor prescribed. There was no responsibility and no respect for people's time. I will never come to this London Drugs anymore.

I went to buy a green nail Polish and as soon as i entered a girl security east indian followed me and stood in front of me with her arms crossed. I asked her can i help u she said do u need help i said no thank u as i always come here so i know where everything is and she just stood there made me feel rushed and super uncomfortable. I paid for my item and i went to talk to the manager . EXTREMELY SUPER SWEET MAN he totally understand how rude that was and i hope he changes this rude security as she needs more training in her job.

The pharmacy manager is beyond ill equipped to be dealing with the public. To deny my benefits without looking or asking for documentation is all you need you need to know. Also if you are going to speak ill of your customers ensure that customer does not understand your native tongue…racism that rivals the old south shame on you

Brought the kids to the store for passport photo, the staff wasn’t happy to help out, didn’t let us review the photo after taken, and it was kind rude to my kids too. At the end the passport photo doesn’t look good.

This is a review for the photo lab:
Quality: Excellent! I can't thank you enough. Other print shops in town had lines on their prints and blown out darks and colors. LD photo lab printed my art more or less how it looks on a monitor, which is exactly what I wanted.
Price: Very affordable for the quality. They offer matting for a great price if you're in a hurry.
Service: My prints were done in less than 4 hours after submission! Pick up service was friendly but rushed; I don't blame them. They seem understaffed.
