Not sure why so many people drop prescription off here as it is always sooooo busy. I only come here to pick up my elder meds as the wait time is too long and the staff seem overwhelmed and disorganized. Pharmacy manager should be embarrassed by what I witnessed and endured.

I visited London Drugs on Victoria Drive during the weekend, right before closing time, and I was blown away by the exceptional service from John C, the photo technician. His positive attitude and great customer service did not falter at all. I will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!
