One staff member from the photolab, I guess his name is Tim, did a really amazing job helping me.
I went there without any reservations or any photo I submitted before. He told me what to do in a very good manner and even help me to get my photo ready so fast. Initially it should be done the day after, but because I really need it asap, he asked the other member to make it quick.
Also thanks for the manager I guess, cuz he accompanied me to get to the photolab.

They don't develop the film here at this location anymore and don't send your film canisters off for days at a time. It took almost a week for them to ship my film to another location that does develop and still no photos yet. If you can, better to drop off at a location that does the developing itself

It takes 7-10days to develop film. No mention of this at all when paying. Go to a different location where they will develop in under a day.

My respect and recognition for the workers of this store who have to deal daily with the homeless trying to take things without paying, I hope one day the city will find a solution to this

Keiko from the photolab gave phenomenal service start to finish! I submitted a photo album project online and she ensured I would get before the deadline and kept contact to update me along the way. Exceptional service and the book turned out perfect!

The guy in the photo dept. that took my passport photos for me was very fast and professional,he did a very good job and it was only $16.50 for two with the stamp on one.I wish I had got his name he was so good and if you are getting a passport don't forget to get your guarantor to sign the picture with the stamp on it,a lot of people forget.

I stopped by the photo lab for my korean visa photo. I didn't know what is the right size. Sabio the photolab attendant find out the right size on line. He was super nice and super professional.Great lab, great person. 5 star.

I've ordered an office chair and a desk and paid the hefty delivery fee, but I have only received the chair. I called their customer service a few times and the only response I got was that they were going to check with the courier manager, but he was on a break. They can't give me an estimate of when I'll receive the desk nor a solution. it's been terrible. Do not order anything online from them.
