This was our first trip to Vancouver and we could not have chosen a better hotel. In addition to the location of the hotel, the staff went above and beyond to help make us feel at home. They offered friendly advice on where to eat, what to do and much more. Additionally, the hotel is beautiful, has wonderful amenities and is very clean. Would highly recommend staying here!

Ten stars - luxurious, first class service, from start to finish. I booked a massage and an infrared sauna - amazing!
Room was beautiful, bed comfortable, spectacular view, sound-proof (never heard a sound from the hall or next door). Turn-down service in the evening was an added surprise.
I was greeted at the curb as I arrived each day. Great location, walked to the waterfront, surrounded by great restaurants too! I let the team tell me which restaurants to try and every meal was fantastic
Stanislav and the rest of the team are wonderful - top recommendation!
Safety: Walked all around by myself day and evening - felt completely safe the entire time

We had the best stay at the Loden Hotel. This was the perfect hotel to celebrate our 20th year wedding anniversary.
The service is top notch, attentive, and hands on. Stanislav and each team member we encountered were all amazing. Everyone made us feel welcome and special with each interaction.
We have stayed at other boutique or quote unquote “5 star” hotels that only make you feel like a number, and the Loden is the exact opposite of that.
We had a Signature Corner room, which was very quiet. It had very soundproof windows and zero noise from the hall, above, or adjacent room that shared the wall beside. The room was equipped with all amenities that one would expect including an espresso coffee machine, dyson hair dryer, and mini fridge with items for purchase inside.
The location was perfect, centrally located, and close to everything. We didn’t try the bikes due to rain, but they looked like nice bikes.
If you are looking for genuine and unpretentious service, don’t waiver and book with the Loden.

We recently stayed at the Loden Hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of world-class. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and stress-free. The staff made us feel truly special, and their attention to detail was incredible.
As a pet-friendly hotel, they treated our fur child, Nova, like royalty with her very own doggy towels and bowls. By the time we entered our room, our luggage had already been taken care of, which added to the overall ease of our stay.
One of the most thoughtful touches was the complimentary champagne with a personalized note celebrating our anniversary, accompanied by a sweet treat. These small gestures made our weekend unforgettable.
The staff at the Loden Hotel are what truly make this place phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and memorable stay. Whether you're planning a staycation or celebrating a special occasion, I highly recommend the Loden Hotel. They know how to make every moment feel special.

We had a wonderful stay at the Loden Hotel, I highly recommend staying here! The staff was warm and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upon arrival we received a glass of wine while we checked in, and once settled in our room, we received a special delivery of champagne and macarons to celebrate. Every interaction we had with the staff was lovely, and our room was beautiful! The restaurant on the main level is great for cocktails and lunch/dinner and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the water and seawall walk. There are lots of shop closeby and the views from Coal Harbour are very nice. Can't recommend this hotel enough, we'll definitely be staying with them again!

I wish that I could give the Loden more than 5 stars! We were very excited for our stay here based on the reviews and it still excited our expectations. We stayed in one of the garden terrace rooms, which was beautiful in the summer. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff was incredible - they were so sweet to our toddler and were accommodating to removing items from our room so he couldn't mess with them (items in the mini fridge & the rolling chair). The location is perfect and the attached restaurant has delicious food and excellent service.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service.. the one gentleman (who originally is from Russia)went above and beyond the call of duty. We are just small town people and he made our stay enjoyable. He made us reservations, told us where to go tour and mostly came in on day off, to make sure we made it to our cruise ship

Ideal location, close to the center but quiet, very good quality room and above all, very high quality service from the team. Irina, Stanislas, Marie and all the others do their best to respond to your requests, advise you on places to see or good restaurants and be of service to you.
I have rarely seen such customer care in a hotel, without forgetting all the little touches (icy lemon water on your return, little treats, etc.).
This is a hotel that I wholeheartedly and confidently recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Loden. The staff were so kind and accommodating to our family, the room was beautifully appointed, and it never felt too busy- like a true oasis in the best part of the city.
