I booked a private coaching session with Gabe to work on my squat. For years, I was discouraged at the gym because I couldn't make any progress with my squat, and as a last resort, I decide to seek some professional help to see if it could be fixed.During my two sessions Gabe had me working on warming up properly, and he had me perform exercises to fix my stability issues/imbalances among other things. At the end of my second session, Gabe had me squatting more than I ever had in my life. I'm now at a point where I look forward to my upcoming gym sessions so I can continue to squat more; something I used to dread in the past.I Highly recommend Loaded Athletics if you are serious about learning how to lift properly and efficiently. Working with the trainers here is an investment that is well worth it. You will not regret it!

If you already know or have a hunch that weight lifting might be for you, Loaded Athletics is definitely worth checking out. I had been looking for a gym where I could focus on weight training while improving overall health and wellness. I booked a group session online using thier easy to use system and let's just say, I've found both what I was looking for and more. The simplicity, excellence, and focus of this gym make it easy to show up and lift heavy things while taking care of my body, all while connecting with great coaches and others on their own journeys.

I posted this review a while back, and my love for this little place has only grown. If you're ready to learn more about body mechanics, get stronger, and find amazing people to do it with, go to Loaded.Omg where do I even begin!? This place is a total gem. Gus is a true delight. I look forward to learning from and connecting with him every time. I'm not new to sports, but I learn so much from him every time. Sessions at Loaded (and classes, during non-pandemic times) are always bright moments in my week.

After hurting my back going it alone at the gym I reached out to Loaded Athletics to learn proper lifting form. I have been working with Gabe and find he is an incredible resource to learn about lifting and how the body works. The way Gabe explains things to me makes so much sense. He is an amazing coach. The other coaches at the gym are always very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

I couldn't recommend working with the coaches at Loaded Athletics more!!They are all very personable and incredibly knowledgable. Going to a gym, especially during COVID, can be intimidating and scary - not only if you don't know what you're doing, but also from a cleanliness perspective. I've seen phenomenal improvements in my strength during my short time with Jeremy and always felt safe and comfortable. If you're looking to get stronger and move better, you should definitely come here!

Intimidated by the barbell due to "squat rack hooligans" at other gyms, I decided to visit Loaded Athletics 2 years ago and they gave me the most welcoming and non-intimidating introduction to the barbell and foundational movements like squats, deadlifts etc. Their class formats and customized individual programming improved my mobility and strength so much that just this year, I entered my first olympic lifting competition! A special thanks to the incredible coaches at Loaded Athletics for helping me achieve a level of confidence and fitness I never thought would be achievable, especially in my 40s!

I always see these folks at Weightlifting Competitions and they impress the heck out of me. The athletes are dedicated and hardworking, and Jeremy supports them with an enthusiasm you just don't see that often. I mean, this guy cares so much about each and every athlete and absolutely cannot contain his excitement for their successes...not just the elite athletes: all of them.If I lived in Vancouver, this would be my club without a doubt. I am sure that whatever your sport or goals, Loaded Athletics will get you there and support you emotionally along the way with personalized programming and support.Way to go guys.. absolutely premier league company.

Honestly, I have nothing but great things to say about Jeremy and Loaded Athletics. He has all off the knowledge and skills to teach safe and effective form in weightlifting and training while also fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all of his athletes. There’s no elitism, just a welcoming environment to learn how YOU can get strong. And any trainer he has on his team is just as good. They’ll always meet you where you’re at - be you an elite competitive weight lifter or a newbie to the exercise world.

Regular praises aren’t enough to describe Jeremy's knowledge and skill as a Strength Coach. I will share with readers my own experience and they can judge for themselves:For the last 2 years, I couldn't lift anything super heavy because of recurring lower back injury. Every time I did squat or deadlift, I tried to keep it on the light side to avoid hurting my lower back again. Naturally, it was very frustrating. I came to see Jeremy to ask him to help with my squat and deadlift. Jeremy looked at my movements and made some adjustments with regard to my body type and techniques. The result? I was able to deadlift 140kg for the first time in 2 years. I squatted 120kg in our first session. This shocked me as I was so surprised with what I can do with correct techniques and how to use my body to my advantage.Everyone is built differently, what is correct for someone on YouTube doesn't mean it will work for you. Jeremy helps me understand that. If you are looking for a trainer who can make you faster, stronger and be a better version of yourself, Jeremy is that trainer.
