As a non-resident, I needed a realtor I could trust from a distance, and Leilani exceeded all my expectations. She went above and beyond, handling everything from coordinating with my tenants to staging the home, and even clearing out all the furniture from both the apartment and the storage locker after the sale. Leilani was just great in every regard. We are first time home buyers and while we had several encounters with different realtors over the last few years, she definitely stood out and made purchasing our first property a breeze.
She is always available during the day, even weekends, responds very promptly and is able to get things going quickly. That is really important in the fast paced Vancouver market, especially when you go from visiting an Open House to suddenly wanting to make an offer the next day. She got it done :). And answered all our questions around every aspect of the purchase, including how to negotiate the offer price and everything.
Another thing that stands our is that she recommends people with similar traits for various other parts of the process, i.e. mortgage application, and even suggested us a good realtor for Calgary when we still weren't sure where to buy.
It was overall a very pleasant experience and felt like she is just working for you and nobody else. I don't know where she gets all the time! Definitely would purchase another home again with her when the time comes...
