I couldn't be happier with the service received here and recommend them to anyone with transmission issues. Super knowledgeable and kind as well.

After I experienced the dealership’s terrible service and overpriced quote, Lee’s understood what exactly I was looking for and prioritize to have my transmission repaired. Tag presented a few options that I could pick and there was no pressure or unnecessary sales. They were honest and did their best to respond to my wishes.

I had my transmission replaced by Lees. They were fast, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.
Jason and Tag were wonderful.

Besides stealing parts from my car, they dragged me around and after 2 months refused to complete the job. Complete garbage. If you’re a woman, forget it. They’ll try to scam you.

My car had a dramatic breakdown on a Sunday afternoon right around the corner from Lee's. I had it towed there and called them. They told me they would take a look first thing Monday morning. They called me by 11:00 Mon morning and gave me a quote to repair a broken axle as well as few other suggestions. The price seemed reasonable. They did the work that day and the mechanic stayed late to finish it. Instead of waiting for me to walk to the shop to pick up my car, the owner sent me an Uber at his cost so I could get there faster. I was really impressed by the prompt and friendly customer service!

An example of atrocious customer service. Places like this are what give mechanics a bad rep.Let me explain: I dropped off my car (a small hatchback ) with an issue that was hard to diagnose but was very troublesome. Looking for advice on what it was and how to fix it, I left them with the car on a Monday, and was told they would test drive it that day and get back to me. An entire weekend goes by, and I finally hear back on the Friday... 1 hour before they close!! (insert eye roll).I raced over so the car wasn't trapped there over a weekend, and when I do pick it up, they have no idea what the issue is and cannot recreate it. Then charge me $180. No solution, no clue, no help, and a bill. Oh and there was mud all over the interior and my fuse panel was left on the floor of the car, so no care to clean up after their half-hearted attempt to diagnose the problem.I took the car home, and within 30 minutes of driving, it stalls ( the problem). I take it back to Lees and ask them to try again. At the very least I expected some sort of solution or suggestion, or literally anything but a bill for nothing. And so they take it back...only to hand it back the next day with no idea. They say something about a fuel pump and hand over some barely legible paper work showing ( I think) some sort of proof that they ran a scan on the electronics.So..I'm frustrated, and have a bit of time on my hands. And having no background in mechanics, I decided to simply google the make and model of my car and the problem...and sure enough something came up. A crank shaft sensor.Using my limited understanding of cars, I call LordCo, order in the part that I read about, and replace the sensor. The process to replace the sensor took me 3 hours and $120. I did this with limited tools in my parking garage. Hooray for me. The skill it took to figure out what this issue was and replace it was about as simple as it gets.Oh, and before this, I took their "advice" and looked into the fuel pump. I managed to replace that too (with a friend helping). It was not the problem and the car stalled within 15 minutes of driving around with a new fuel pump.So now the problem is fixed and I figured it out using the power of google and reddit (thank you internet)With most other jobs, if you can't do the work...you don't charge the customer. Or at the very least, offer some sort of discount rate.If I order a cheeseburger and got a grilled cheese 4 days late, do you think I'm expecting to pay you the value of a cheeseburger?Don't charge for a shrug...especially when the customer (easily) figures out the problem themselves.

The experience I had at Lee’s was exactly what I fear happening to me at any auto place.I dropped my car off at opening, expecting to hear something later that day but was instead given radio silence for 2 full business days. I had to call on day 3 to make sure they did not lose or forget about my car. Turns out they were not able to fix one of my issues(which in itself is fine) and the other problem I had they managed to make worse. If I was told earlier my car had to be serviced elsewhere I could have had it fixed before my next work shifts but instead I still have an unfixed car plus a new issue due to a service done poorly and I’m nearly $300 poorer.I recognize I don’t know much about cars but it still feels awful having an expert be Rude to me while I’m trying to find help. This issue is exacerbated by the fact I am a woman. Lee’s was no different and felt hostile while also causing me more of a headache than when I started.0/10 do not recommend.

Our regular mechanic recommended Lee's for the replacement of our transmission computer module after it started throwing codes a few weeks ago. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. He and his team went above and beyond and had the repair done very quickly. My partner and I rely on our vehicle and the quick turnaround was very appreciated. The price matched what our mechanic had suggested it would be and the replacement has resolved the problem we were having. ?Service: Transmission
