My first time here. Main entrance at 8219 Sherbrooke Street (south side of the building) with parking spot on both side.
Hidden gems for professional/quality tools and special items/materials.
You can go online for specific items, couple computer terminals (for customer do the research) near the entrance.
If you are first time in store shopping, grab a clipboard with an oder form and note down the item number you are interested. Then take a queue number. When your number called, approach the customer service/cashier for your item(s)/question.
Friendly and efficient sale associates helping customer around shop floor.
They also provide hands on class.

On March 19th we went to the Vancouver Lee Valley store to get some of their great folding tomato cages, as they were one of the only stores having any available stock of that product. We were helped by a lady named Cathy. Not only did she have control and awareness of another customer in the store's situation, but she was efficient, friendly and a total sweetheart in completing our transaction. In other words...she is the perfect employee and Lee Valley should be very happy to have her on their team. Thanks Cathy! Great job! Hopefully, your 10 year pin arrives soon.

Worst online ordering experience ever. They took 8 days from the time I placed the order to when it finally shipped and then only after I called twice. They then messed up the shipping and sent it regular ground instead of express as promised adding another 8 - 12 days. I try to use Canadian suppliers but they make it very difficult. Amazon from now on.

Went to Lee Valley for the first time and had an excellent experience. The staff were super helpful and friendly, even when i called the next day to order two more of the same thing, they were so helpful! Bonus: the store is dog friendly :)

**NOTE: Lee Valley is not closed even though there's a huge construction zone beside it! I almost thought it was given my GPS said I'm there. You have to go on Sherbrooke St. **My new go-to place for hardware and products, even if it's a bit far from where I live. Rick was a gem of a person. He did his best to help with what I wanted to fix with the knowledge he had. He was very accommodating, we had good conversations, and he was very respectful and approachable. This is something that other big stores wouldn't have. There were some products not in stock but he also found alternatives, as it seemed like the product wouldn't be the right fit for what I needed.The store itself was very clean and organized. Even my family member was a surprised how organized it was.Will definitely come back. Thanks Rick!
