Laura and her colleague, Sam are the best Mortgage Brokers in the whole lower mainland! With my husband we were so nervous when we purchased our first home, especially with a baby on the way, and Laura was the first person who we talked and she was very very compassionate, helpful, and assured us that they will help us through in the whole process, and got our back from the first steps until the finish line. And She was absolutely right!
Buying a property and applying for mortgage is very stressful especially if someone does it for the first time, but with them as a team behind our back everything went extremely smooth.
They go with you far and beyond, we keep contact ever since then and they always remember our birthdays! I cannot recommend them more!
