James Gu, the one-man wonder operating VCV Computers, got my very balky over-13-year-old PC functioning at a good pace again, with a new solid-state hard drive and a new OS. I made a return visit after great frustration with trying to download MS 365 (my Office 2007 and much more now being very passe), and applaud James' patience and willingness to solve whatever issue is brought to him. He fit me in promptly, completed the work right away, and I felt the cost was eminently reasonable. James Gu aims to solve and satisfy.
