Arrived a few minutes late for some medical supplies for my grandparents, and they stayed an extra few minutes behind for me. Definitely would recommend to those looking for a pharmacy.

As someone who had shopped there over the years I would give Lancaster a higher rating if they would regain control of their website, long compromised by hackers. I need more equipment and cannot check out what they have without phoning or going in. I spoke to them about it last time I was in the store and the gentleman didn't seem aware of the importance, in this day and age, of having online catalogues.

I had to go to this specialized medical equipment to get my self a hand , wrist , arm brace for myself. Very friendly staff with great experience and all the specialized medical equipment you would ever need and can not find any where else except here at Lancaster Medical Supplies.

I would like to share my experience working with Dave in the Burnaby location. I am a travel agent from West Virginia USA. I have a client who is sailing on an Alaskan cruise from Vancouver. She has a medical need and a critical piece of equipment was inadvertently left at home. It was discovered after they were already at the airport with no time to drive the 90 minutes home to get it. I was desperately trying to help her find this equipment to rent so she didn’t have to cancel her cruise due to missing the flight. I reached Dave and within 20 minutes he had located the equipment and solved the problem. What an incredible employee!!! Thank you Dave and Lancaster Medical Supplies for your help! You are amazing!

This place deserves a FAR better rating than 3.9 for pete's sake!! Jeez..! I thought it was quite lovely when I was in there and I spent my time freely wandering all the aisles and seeing their wide array of different styles/sizes of things they had. I thought it was a great selection of things & a good range of prices as well. Nice couple (or maybe just coworkers, haha! ☺️

Disappointingly poor customer service:- the old lady who works there has no interest in her work. She has no information about products, and does not return phone calls.- they did not call me for my order. Both staff said I have to keep calling back everyday myself.- my order was there and yet she wouldn’t give it to me. She said the manager should take care of it.- the arrived medical device was wrong. Their mistake.- when I gently told the manager about the above matters he said it’s all good and he doesn’t need to know more.Question :- in this day and age that a lot of people are out of work, why is she working there?- I suffered pain for an additional 3 days for their incompetency. Why?

I had a pleasant experience with renting a wheelchair from this place. I only needed it for a few days to use for transport and the wheelchair quality is bullet proof. 5 stars for the kind people who runs this place. Ill definitely come back in the future.

Although Dave does seem to know a lot about fixing cables on the Nitro Driver products his professional attitude is less to be desired. He is not consistent with his attitude. He should have been consistent from the start. I wished that I would have been there along side my Parents in picking up the product once it was repaired. Maybe it would have gone smoother in this ever quickly changing world. This has left me with a disappointing experience. That’s ok as I can spend my money else where. Thanks Dave but No Thanks
