I honestly don’t even feel like giving this a one-star rating, but I feel compelled to do so just to move forward. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
My friend and I entered the store in an enthusiastic and joyful mood, excited to purchase a pajama set for our Christmas pictures. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant shopping experience turned into an extremely unpleasant one due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of your staff.
I initially approached one of your sales associates to ask if a smaller size of the pajama set I was interested in was available at another store. I had even tried searching online for the same design but couldn't find it, which is why I sought help. When I inquired about nearby store locations that might have the item, the salesperson responded in a dismissive manner, asking, "Which location do you want?" I responded that any nearby location would work, assuming they would understand that I was looking for something close by, which seemed like a basic request. However, she responded sharply, saying, “Oh, so you can go to Victoria or Nanaimo” in a very rude tone. I was taken aback by her attitude.
To make matters worse, this same salesperson went to the service desk and spoke to another person. while she just started to explain herself to the person at the cashier there this another person jumps in who I assume was the manager. The tone that this person used was excessively rude and aggressive. She told me, in no uncertain terms, that it was a busy time and I should go online to check for myself. The harshness of her tone was not only disrespectful but made me feel incredibly uncomfortable in front of other customers.
When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me, responding with, “Why should I tell you my name?” This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I felt humiliated and ashamed of how I was treated.
Additionally, I want to mention that the salesperson who interrupted the conversation appeared to come from the same country as me, and based on my looks, she seemed to assume that this gave her the right to treat me poorly. While I don’t believe that any of this should affect the way I am treated, it was particularly disheartening to experience such poor service from someone I thought I could relate to. I was raised to believe that we should treat others with respect and kindness, and this interaction has left me questioning whether I will ever shop at your store again.
I understand that retail environments can be busy, especially during the holiday season, but this does not justify rude and dismissive behavior toward customers. I was really excited about this purchase, but this visit completely ruined my mood for the holidays. NEVER VISITING THIS STORE EVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN.

This branch is overstaffed and the staff are useless, they are just overcrowding the store to make customers life difficult. All of them need a few weeks of training to be able to behave normally around customers. Would rate this as zero if I could.

The service is mediocre. The staff are polite and willing to help, which is a plus. However, I don’t think it’s a good idea to have only one checkout counter open on Black Friday, while the second one is being used for employee training. Later, the registers stopped working altogether. Waiting in a small, crowded space full of people and merchandise, with no place to sit, is very unpleasant.

I recently visited the ‘La Vie en Rose’ store on Robson Street in Vancouver, and I have to say, my experience was outstanding thanks to a wonderful lady named Tammana.
During this Black Friday week, I encountered an issue with a return due to a price change, and I was quite stressed about it Tammana went above and beyond to assist me with my problem. Despite the challenges she faced in processing the return (it took a while), she handled everything with such grace and professionalism. Her commitment to customer satisfaction truly made a difference, and I am incredibly grateful for her help!
If you’re shopping for lingerie or loungewear, I highly recommend visiting this location. The service was exceptional, and Tammana's dedication to her customers sets this store apart from any other.

Bad costumer service they told me that they don’t have enough employees to find my product for me because it was in the back room and the website said that they had it so I really wanted it .

Every time I went to return stuff, it was a total letdown. The first time, their system was down, so they couldn’t do anything. I went back, and they told me they couldn’t refund me because I paid with PayPal. Instead, I got a refund on a gift card, which I don’t remember seeing anywhere. The second time, I tried to return something, and the girl helping me first said she couldn’t take the t-shirt because it was dirty, but I got it that way! Then they wanted proof of payment, like I could’ve gotten the clothes without paying! Plus, since I had locked the card I used, they ended up refunding me on a gift card again. It felt like they were just looking for reasons not to give me my money back. A girl who looked like a manager came over and started searching my email for payment confirmation. When I asked what she was looking for, she snapped, “I know what I need!” The people working there are super cheap and have no clue about customer service.

Customer service 101-fail
Pls train your staff on how to speak to their patrons and allow the patron a chance to speak rather than spitting out corporate policies. If you don’t understand corporate policies do not just regurgitate them.

La Vie en Rose is fantastic! They offer a great variety of options, and I love that they always have items on sale. The staff is incredibly helpful and makes shopping a pleasant experience every time. I love this location!

Walked 1hr just to arrive there to find out the hours posted on Google are wrong. They close at 8, not 9pm.

google has information that working hours till 9, I came at 8 and it turns out that actually the store works till 8 most of the days. Lost my time( Please update working hours, care about your customers

I had very bad experience here today. I brought 10 items to the fitting room to try on, some different sizes of 3 or 4 of the same bikini sets because it’s been a while since I last came here and I didn’t know which sizes would fit me best. I had a fitting room attendant take the items from me and tell me I could only try 5 at a time (which is fine). Instead of letting me choose, she started going through each item on her own, reading the sizes then raising her eyebrows and looking my body up and down to guess whether they’d actually fit me before deciding whether I can take them in the room or not, separating matching sets because of what she thought of the sizes and my body. I told her I can deal with the sizes myself but she kept going, saying “I’m just checking the sizes”, making comments about what I chose and how the pieces will expand (?) until she could tell I was starting to cry and she finally left. I’ve never had such a strange and demeaning experience at a store and have never before been reduced to tears like this. I left without trying any of the 10 items on. I want to note also that I’m usually a medium and was trying on S-M tops and M-L bottoms, it’s not like I was trying to fit into something much too small that would damage the items or much too big that obviously wouldn’t fit. Regardless, this is not how you should treat people. Would not recommend coming here unless you’re ready to be have your body assessed by a stranger.
