Molly was so lovely and helpful! She worked so hard to accommodate everyone in the changing rooms with such a positive attitude. Rest of the staff was nice too. Plus all the items fit me so well ?

very bad experience, i saw gross stain on the underwear and when i mentioned to the manager Maryiam she ignored as if its not a big deal and she even did not explain to me and did not do any thing!!!i will never go that store again. gross!

Beware of la vie en rose. When purchasing a product, they do not explain: If I had known the facts below, I would not have bought it. It's terrible.<<For hygienic reasons, it is not possible for us to refund or exchange panties, shapewear, and swimwear bottoms.>>

I did end up buying a bathing suit. Despite my uncomfortable experience. While I was trying on bikinis I could hear two employees talking about me from the change room. I walked out without saying much, and I was checking out they proceeded to walk by and make comments about me walking out of the change room in a bad mood. Will never be back to this location!!

I came in the morning shortly after opening on a weekday, so it was very quiet. I had to exchange some items I bought online, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Apparently I couldn't return the adhesive bras for which the staff felt bad for, and they suggested I talked with customer service online. I took one star off for their customer service online.Apparently adhesive bras are final sale. According to the size chart, I ordered the correct size, but the bras have not done anything for me - they are just ultra expensive nipple covers. Out over $50 for the two bras I have no use for. I wish they had a big warning pop up online when you buy these bras that they are final sale, even if the bras don't work.
