This shop is such a gem! I love everything about it. The stuff is extremely knowledgeable and polite, the selection of wines is great, you won’t find it in liquor stores. Must be the best wine shop in BC. Simply love it❤️

Best Reserve and Natural wine selection in Vancouver. Knowledgeable and kind staff. Thank you Javad, Fernando, Max and all. Going to "Kits Wine" is always a pleasant shopping experience thanks to you and your colleagues. This greek wine from the Peloponnese region was deliciously paired with our creamy pasta dinner. Thank you for the good recommendation.

I love the selection and it is a very convenient location for me, since my best friend lives just upstairs. I have been at the store many times the first couple times it was good but recently I have noticed that things have changed. I have been a manager for a retail store for 8 years and I always couched my team how do engaged in a conversation and sell more when some one asks for deal. When someone is looking for a deal it doesn't mean that need to be cheaper but something with special thing for customer, can be actually a new arrival with good price point or something that you can only find at that store... anyway when I asked for a deal I received a bad attitude, like a very strong "NO WE DON'T HAVE ANY DEAL" and done, I was ignored. Ended up that I bought 2 bottles, over $35 each. So this thing about the deal happened twice, so I gave up. I go the very offen and the last time I noticed someone was following me, maybe they thought I want to steel something. I was try not to think that things like that happen because I don't look Canadian and I am not a Caucasian person . But anyway it's sad because I like the store , it's very convenient for me but this kind of service and attitude is unacceptable.

My wife and I selected(with help from an employee) 3 wines for a dinner that we planned for Saturday night.We asked to set the bottles aside while we went grocery shopping and apon return the bottles had been put back on the shelf.When I cheerfully explained that our grocery shopping went a little long I was then met with attitude from employee "Ron".Disappointed with his silent anger towards me and I will be taking my business and money elsewhere in the future.

Was looking for a bottle of champagne that would be enjoyed by everyone, so not too dry or too sweet and Rob selected the perfect bottle. I love shopping here, as the staff really know their stuff

Terrible customer service , bought a favorite bottle of bubbles by Bella winery which I love and have bought over the years, his staff pushed this new bottle , it was horrible like vinegar! I returned it after serving it to friends and we all dumped it leaving a 1/4 plus of it in the bottle . The assistant manager was rude, unhelpful , said you have to leave 3/4 , did not care I am a regular and have bought beautiful cases of wine there. After spending money over the years here , he had no appreciation or helpful at all , rude to me a customer and to their employee who was try to help, I will never shop there again, hello Liberty Wine ! Rude and rude .

Since taking over this store, the selection of wines in the $18 to $24 range has become pretty much non-existent. They have a great selection of expensive wines, but it has priced itself out of my bracket. The store at 8th and Burrard has a great selection of moderately priced wines and the people there are nicer and just as knowledgable. And, they don't expect a tip !!

I live in Kits and I belong to 2 international wine clubs, and our wine organizations have had fantastic advice and wonderful purchases for our wine events.This is an amazing wine store with an incredible selection of wines and sakes. The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Shall I name all of the sommeliers?There is a price range for every budget and options from BC and Canada; Portland and California; Chile and Argentina; plus Europe (Alba and Douro are my fav wine regions!); Australia and New Zealand; South Africa; and the list goes on.(Extras: There are wine reps most weekends for sampling. Check with the managers.)The store also sells wine bags, wine glasses, wine glass identifiers; etc.Thanks to the owners and staff for having such an amazing store!!!

Severely reduced stock, empty shelves and vastly reduced selection to pre-pandemic. There used to always be an extensive selection of top end wine which is now almost entirely absent.

The older guy working there can't seem to manage the basics of being polite and helpful. Avoid if you want a pleasant experience. Plenty of other options in the area.
