The store manager was verbally harrassing the customers in front of me in the line up. There was some confusion over a sale, but customers shouldn’t experience that when they just wanna buy their vegetables.

Cryogenic indifference to providing a pleasant shopping experience. Hundreds of tomatoes too old/damaged for sale (felt they were dumped from a truck).

They rejected a credit card's payment just because it was below 2 dollars.
It's obviously a violation of member store terms.

Presumably the manager was very rude to me when I walked in while all the doors were wide open, not realizing they weren't open for another 30 minutes.

I have shopped exclusively there for years. I would walk past every where else and buy everything I needed. Always found the selection fresh and prices very reasonable. But today the owner spoke to me in a very loud and rude way. I was removing a few bad strawberries from the open container and, in no uncertain terms, she told me “don’t do that”. I understand how hard everyone there works but why would I be expected to pay for fruit that was not eatable.
I was embarrassed and upset. I truly can’t go back

Have been going for years to this place, never had a complain, however, in the last 6 months noticed a huge change in service: to start the prices now are very deceiving, more than once found that going to the pay and then they tell me that the price is for sort of another item, and my question is why would you put it next to another one? or also, with some fruits, the put a price for a "type" of mango and then when you going to pay they tell you "oh no that price is for XXXX type of mango! (like we would all know the names of all mangoes around the world)and they come up with a name of mago, and then you ask why the price is next to that mango and there isn't any other mango close to it. Also most of the cashier are very friendly, however there is one cashier in particular(Asian woman , somewhere in her 50's ) she is really rude, never smile, it is like she is making us a favour that we could shop there. Just stay away of that location!!!!!!

When I visited, strawberries are $5 for 2 packs (454gr each) and it has bulk imperfect produces at reduced price of $2 (cucumber, apples, etc)
